I've taken my vehicles to Big O in Pleasant Hill For a few years now and find that the convenience in location, customer service and communication is great! Of course I would love for pricing to be less, but wouldn't we all? At least I am made aware of what it will cost with no hidden pricing.

I came in with a flat tire and since it was during the shelter at home time, I appreciated not being greeted at my car. However, all in the store greeted me upon entering. I was in and out within a half hour - much grateful for the speedy service.
