Attendant was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process go smoothly. No hidden fees, no upcharges, no surprises. Service only took 2 hours. Super fast and efficient.

The customer service guy was sincere. When the phone rang while I he was helping me, he was professional enough to put the phone on hold.. Though it is should be a basic manner, it seems to have slipped out of may people's mind. I am trilled to see he still has this basic respect for customer in him. I actually was thinking to find a different garage after a couple ofnot quite pleasant encounters before this, but with this experience, I plan to stick around to see how it goes.

These guys where awesome i called to get an alignment for my lowered car an they happy invited me down an exsplained all the work an cuases of bad alignment . An said it should take long to get it done .i was outa there in 50 min happy as could be an car drives straight as an arrow . Thank you big O tires . Will be back an deff telling friends an family this is a great place to go .

we were getting ready to go out of town for the weekend when I got a flat tire. I needed new tires anyway, so decided to replace all 4. You guys got the work done ahead of when you promised, and we were able to go on our trip. And this is not the first time you've bailed me out of a jam like this!
