Staff at this location was friendly and helpful. Brought in a fleet vehicle for tires and staff was able to manage the transaction with no issues.

The customer service guy was sincere. When the phone rang while I he was helping me, he was professional enough to put the phone on hold.. Though it is should be a basic manner, it seems to have slipped out of may people's mind. I am trilled to see he still has this basic respect for customer in him. I actually was thinking to find a different garage after a couple ofnot quite pleasant encounters before this, but with this experience, I plan to stick around to see how it goes.

These guys where awesome i called to get an alignment for my lowered car an they happy invited me down an exsplained all the work an cuases of bad alignment . An said it should take long to get it done .i was outa there in 50 min happy as could be an car drives straight as an arrow . Thank you big O tires .
