we were getting ready to go out of town for the weekend when I got a flat tire. I needed new tires anyway, so decided to replace all 4. You guys got the work done ahead of when you promised, and we were able to go on our trip. And this is not the first time you've bailed me out of a jam like this!

I have been to Big O in the past and have always had excellent service and work. A m always pleased with the service and workmanship.

I had made a appointment for two new tires to be installed. The tires were installed and they told me it would be in about one h our. I came back shortly before then and was told, other things on the car needed attention. I had a tire alignment since the tires have not been aligned in a long time and the tires were newly in installed. Also was told the CV boots were leaking and needed to be replaced. I asked about a couple other services they do which I have not been done in a long time. I said at a later date and the counter person agreeed.

I was scheduled to leave town when I notice my vehicle had a flat. The flat was not fixable and since it was a 4 WD I needed all tires replace. Big O came through and I was on the road within an hour. Great service.

Since I used to work on my own car I tend to be very cynical when it comes to mechanics. But Brian and his staff knew what was going on with my car, did not try to inflate it or add extras that I didn't want. And I was treated wonderfully! It was such a relief to be able to trust my car to a mechanic and get the necessary work done right without unnecessary expense. I have already recommended them to people I work with and my family. In my opinion, you are not going to find a better place to have your car taken care of.
