Very professional and engaging staff…very clean store inside and out…all questions were answered…flexibility with dropping off and picking up my truck…truck was parked inside for two overnight stays.

I have been to Big O in the past and have always had excellent service and work. A m always pleased with the service and workmanship.

Tires installed as expected, but really my satisfaction has been built over several years of visits on multiple cars.

I had made a appointment for two new tires to be installed. The tires were installed and they told me it would be in about one h our. I came back shortly before then and was told, other things on the car needed attention. I had a tire alignment since the tires have not been aligned in a long time and the tires were newly in installed. Also was told the CV boots were leaking and needed to be replaced. I asked about a couple other services they do which I have not been done in a long time. I said at a later date and the counter person agreeed.

They listen, read my personality, do all the little things that I didn’t even ask for, don’t talk my ear off, read my vibe. The front desk man has been perfect all three times I’ve been there!

I go to Brian Kupferman's team at Big O Tires for all my car service needs. Brian and his staff are always friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and provide top-rate customer service. I don't know a lot about cars, so I appreciate that Brian's team patiently answers my questions and they are very trustworthy. I would not go anywhere else.

I don't know. It was an oil change. I have them the keys I sat down and they called me when it was done. As expected.

Took me at the last minute for my oil change App’t.

I was scheduled to leave town when I notice my vehicle had a flat. The flat was not fixable and since it was a 4 WD I needed all tires replace. Big O came through and I was on the road within an hour. Great service.

Since I used to work on my own car I tend to be very cynical when it comes to mechanics. But Brian and his staff knew what was going on with my car, did not try to inflate it or add extras that I didn't want. And I was treated wonderfully! It was such a relief to be able to trust my car to a mechanic and get the necessary work done right without unnecessary expense. I have already recommended them to people I work with and my family. In my opinion, you are not going to find a better place to have your car taken care of.
