Christopher Neves is a top notch manager. He was kind and treated me with respect, I know nothing about vehicles and he has explained everything to me so that I understood what was going on. Not only did he get the extensive issues resolved, but he helped me obtain in house financing so that I could get everything resolved as he was genuinely concerned for my safety. This was the first time in my adult life that I felt taken care of by an automotive repair shop rather than feeling "taken". I dropped in without an appointment because I picked up a screw in the left back tire of my Honda Pilot. The service attendant was very helpful in explaining what areas of the tire could be repaired.and the repair was completed sooner than expected.

I am always satisfied with Big o personnel; but they should check the work of the mechanics. When I took it in last for a Heat core repair. I left it for a week and when I picked it up, my radio had a lot of static. I feel that the managers should check the work of the mechanics.
