The wait times are horrendous but I do understand that the place is short staffed so it wasn’t that bad knowing that and the communication with the associate explaining and doing there best to help me and others that grew impatient.

Christopher Neves is a top notch manager. He was kind and treated me with respect, I know nothing about vehicles and he has explained everything to me so that I understood what was going on. Not only did he get the extensive issues resolved, but he helped me obtain in house financing so that I could get everything resolved as he was genuinely concerned for my safety. This was the first time in my adult life that I felt taken care of by an automotive repair shop rather than feeling "taken". Chris Neves restored my faith in auto repair and I will forever be grateful for the time and attention I was given and will be a Big O customer for life!!!!!
