Great service, almost no lag time before my vehicle was serviced.

Very professional and engaging staff…very clean store inside and out…all questions were answered…flexibility with dropping off and picking up my truck…truck was parked inside for two overnight stays.

Super friendly and knowledgable staff, fast service, was in and out extremely fast, so nice to have new tires and a car that drives straight again

I am always satisfied with Big o personnel; but they should check the work of the mechanics. When I took it in last for a Heat core repair. I left it for a week and when I picked it up, my radio had a lot of static. I feel that the managers should check the work of the mechanics.

Tires installed as expected, but really my satisfaction has been built over several years of visits on multiple cars.

Had damaged tire, when I called the tire store where I bought the tire I was told I had to wait 3 days to get it fixed. Called Big O Tires, they repaired the tire in 3 hours and got me back on the road.

They listen, read my personality, do all the little things that I didn’t even ask for, don’t talk my ear off, read my vibe. The front desk man has been perfect all three times I’ve been there!
