Great service, almost no lag time before my vehicle was serviced.

Tires installed as expected, but really my satisfaction has been built over several years of visits on multiple cars.

They listen, read my personality, do all the little things that I didn’t even ask for, don’t talk my ear off, read my vibe. The front desk man has been perfect all three times I’ve been there!

Had damaged tire, when I called the tire store where I bought the tire I was told I had to wait 3 days to get it fixed. Called Big O Tires, they repaired the tire in 3 hours and got me back on the road.

The staff was very organized and the facility very clean. During the tire installation, the technician pointed out that I needed a front end alignment. My car was finished ahead of schedule.

This was my second visit due to damage to a tire that couldn't be easily repaired. The pricing was about what I expected and the service was excellent - I was in & out within an hour. The waiting area was clean and obviously well-maintained...even the background music was enjoyable.

I do my tire business at Big O because you are honest first of all and check my tires free (I am now too old to put air in my own tires).

Great tires at reasonable prices. Would go there for all services but my car is under warranted and have a service agreement with the dealership.
