Angel was great! I had a last minute request for snow tires. He found ordered and got me an appointment just in time to drive up the mountain.

Great service. Very cold in waiting area.

I was able to schedule an appointment online and was checked in quickly. The alignment was completed in a little over an hour, which was outstanding. Lastly, I was able to use a $10 off coupon I had forgotten to bring when I dropped off my car.

The left front tire had a flat. They were not able to repair the flat because the puncture was too close to the shoulder of the tire. Big O gave me a new tire at no cost, and I covered the installation labor.

This was a walk in and I was very happy that Big O was able to accommodate me, also it was a company vehicle and was needed for a job later that evening.

I called ahead to see if you had the correct tire for my 2017 Prius, and indeed you did. You remembered me when I came in once I mentioned I had called in. You had all the correct information and got the job done extremely efficiently. All though I am not a fan of the smell, I liked how the store smelled of rubber and tires. It gave me a good feeling that you knew what you were doing and had everything to a T. I also immediately saw how clean the place was. Finally, I loved that Jeopardy was on TV while I was in the waiting room. Just a coincidence that I liked a lot.

I did not have an appointment but still took care of me and the service writer was friendly and conducted himself in a professional manner.

I had scheduled an appointment and although I got called the following morning of scheduling stating that they were already full. When I called back, as they asked, they told me they had a last minute cancellation and I was squeezed in. When I got there, the customer service was great and I waited for my car. It was done faster than expected and the pricing was great. Always good service!

Big o is conveniently located which is why I go there. Prices are kind of high but go for convenience. Staff is also friendly and helpful.
