Fix my vehicle pull to the left, it drives straight now.

They were very informative, and the manager was very busy, but he still was helpful and I got great service.

Personnel are always courteous and professional and very helpful

I used a Groupon deal for an oil change and they also did a tire rotation and alignment. I was able to make an appointment the same day I purchased my Groupon which was great. The front desk associate helped me when I checked in and checked out. He was friendly, professional and provided great customer service. The turn around for my oil change was fast. When I picked up my car, the front desk associate told me some maintenance that my car needed in the near future. Overall, I was very happy with my Groupon deal and the service I received.

when i called if i can do walk in and how long is the wait, the lady said it's going to be a couple of hours which is fine with me because it was walk in, so when i went to the shop i was helped by this nice guy and he offered me free rotation, so i went out to get food and in less than an hour he called me back telling me that my car is finished, i was impressed because that day i was running late for work and finishing their job early really helped me a lot. i will come back and get oil change again here. <3

I came in for an alignment and a oil change. The desk person was professional and polite. They answered all my questions. My car was ready when promised. I will definitely return for future needs on my car.

Angel at the front desk was so polite and professional. He kept his cool even though he was alone with many waiting customers.

This is the best Big O Tires shop I've done business with. Everyone is friendly and knows their craft. There was fresh coffee in the lounge while I waited for the work to get done and was called when the car was ready.

Took me in quickly,had a blow out and explained to me the cost and brand of tires bought (2). Sales rep was very knowledgeable of the product.
