GREAT service. I dropped my car off for an oil change with a $10 coupon, and the associates there let me know that a few filters should be replaced. I went ahead and confirmed that service, and my car was ready in just a few hours.

It was done on time and they made sure everything was taken care of.

Angel was friendly and capable. I was pleased that Big O Tires had the right size tires for my car. The amount of time it took to install the new tires and fix the alignment was very reasonable. Overall, I was quite pleased.

The Groupon Deal was a bit misleading. Need to be more clear on all the fine print. I would make the fine print part of the offering so its strong "up front," and not fine print so the guys at the store do not have to say, well, it's $50 more. Not sure if that is the Groupon process in the offering or yours.That aside, I was happy with the service... 4 out of 5. Thank you! The staff was friendly and helpful!
