I love taking my beloved Corolla to Big O! They are friendly, courteous and always take excellent care of my car.

The customer service agent fit me into the schedule for a wheel alignment and put me on as soon as rack was available.

They fit me in to their schedule when I called -- "just drop by in the morning and leave the car for retrieval in the evening" -- despite having no appointments available. The requested service, front and back brake replacement, was performed only after checking that it was indeed warranted. The car was finished with plenty of time to spare for me to come pick it up, with all "coupons"/discounts applied.

They have the best customer service of any place bar none. Everything was communicated perfectly and I had the option to wait in the lounge, or come back at specified time. I chose to stay because they made me feel very welcome and were glad to have me there.
