Big O Tires

Please put seat and steering wheel back to where it was left. Also, why no road test after new tires & alignment, to verify the work?

Brian was extremely polite and friendly (not always the case in the automotive industry). I was given a realistic time quote for the work requested and they finished early. Great job.

Wife had a tire failure on her way to work, this was the nearest Big O tires location. Everyone was very friendly, I was offered a good price-range selection / options for 4 new tires (its was about time for all 4 anyway). I was informed of the different other services they could do (oil change etc.) We got what we needed done and we were not hassled when declining the stuff that was not needed. In short, they were perfectly informative, offered various services but did not pressure a guy that primarily just needed tires and alignment etc. 5 out of 5 stars just for that. I hate being pressured about add-on stuff but appreciate knowing what options are there. Its a thin line for retailers to walk. Good job. They were also very honest, keep an eye on this over the next 30,000 miles but you do not need to fix camber yet, stuff like that.

Good service - they told me it would be 1.5 hours and it was ready when I returned, after 1.5 hours.

I have brought my car to this location a number of times and every time I am always treated with consideration and kindness. I feel super taken care of by the guys and I trust my car with them. They are top notch! My oil change is always done well and quickly!

I have only good things to say about the service I've been getting at this big O place . They explained their reco's after examination, and also told me, some'fixes' would be good to do , not mandatory re safety. Been trusting this O for many years, so I had them "�fix' what was recommended. Excellent communication! Can't comment on the brake quality job, until I use the car for a bit more.

Had a "tire emergency", came into the store, did not have my exact tire, but said one could be delivered in the afternoon. Stayed in touch and called me when tire was in, installed, and checked all my other tires. Good overall experience and I will use again

Within an hour of arriving for unscheduled service, my car was being tested. Although the price was high, I'm glad they were able to solve the problem in a timely manner.

I had a nearly flat tire. The rep determined I needed a new tire, but since I bought 4 tires there 2 years ago and a warranty, it only cost $45 for labor and the warranty. Good service!

The employies were very polite and helpful And was clear with what was needed and price. Ask if ther wad an thing else that they could help me with.

Service tech was very helpful and knowledgeable.

One time I need the pressure of the car checked the attendant who was there was very nice and she checked them by free. After that experience I returned For a couple of services. The prices are good and the staff knowledgeable.
