I just needed a rotation. I was offered an oil change, but already have a service scheduled at another location, so not needed (not offended, pretty certain store policy has sales/managers put this in the script, not surprised). They do follow up if you haven't been in for some while (my tires in the meantime rotated at my primary service appointment).

From the moment I walked in I felt that I was being taken care of. I was greeted and communicated with immediately. I was asked questions about my car and any concerns and was listened to. I indicated I would be staying until it was ready and the timeframe of completion I was given was accurate. Great experience, very professional.
