Overall, process was easy from making an appointment to picking up my car. Prices were competitive, even for some add on work that needed to be also done.

Everything was excellent starting from my initial call about my battery to driving away. Brian went above and beyond in tracking down the battery I needed.

I needed a wheel alignment and they performed the service in the time promised.

The service person who worked with me was very efficient and friendly. The only "negative" is that I must return to the store because the indicator light in my Honda is still on after having the new tires installed.

I originally made an appointment for rotate and balancing but realized my tires were over 6 years old. I showed up Saturday morning at 8:00 without an appointment and had 4 new tires mounted by 10:30. The tires I had decided on wouldn't be available until Monday, but Chris told me the Bridgestones were on sale, so I got an unbelievable deal that I hadn't expected. I will be doing business at this location for a long time after this experience.

I recently found myself needing a tire and alignment. My mechanic is next door. I called up, spoke with Ed, who helped me make it a smooth repair as he got y keys and took care of my car's needs, and I was able to have everything repaired. Not all tire shops do alignments, so that was a plus, and also the fact that they gave good customer service will have me coming back to this shop for the rest of my family's vehicles.
