I needed a new tire for my Kia Seltos since nails had the low pressure indication on my dash flashing. Limped down to Big O and within an hour had a new tire mounted and balanced, at a fair price, and was on my way. Friendly, courteous folks here...couldn't ask for better service !

Kept me informed the whole way. From beginning to end the service was excellent, staff was friendly and my car is running great. A+.

I was greeted by Brian, who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I explained I had a flat tire and couldn't find the key for the locking lug nut. We agreed to have the nut cut off as well as the other three being the key was lost. So I left. Brian called me several hours later and told me the technician found my key in the glove box. I was saved hundreds of dollars by this honest business. An unscrupulous business may have done the cutting and really charged me for unnecessary work. Thank you Brian, your honest technician and Big O Tires.

I waited a while to get the tires because I was Furloughed until recently and I didn't want to spend the money. One of my tires was going bald on the inside and it started slow leaking. I wanted specific tires that had a lead time and Angel and the other Clerk told me where they were in the UPS delivery shipment. They called me as soon as they came in and schedule install for the next day. The staff was great. They stayed in constant communication with me.
