Angel got me in and out gast, w flat tire on the way to work

I picked up a nail in my left front tire. I was able to get in the next day without an appointment. The tire was fixed during the time frame the associate said it would. The check-in process was efficient and quick. My car was completed within the time frame they promised.

Angel is a great asset to your company. He was very kind and courteous. I visited 2 other Big O Tires that wasn't willing to assist due to the workload. I even asked for an appt at Walnut Creek and they wouldn't take that as an option but Angel was able to schedule the appt for me at Pleasant Hill. Thank you!

It was very easy to speak to the associates and the location was clean and safe for covid protocols. It was busy for the morning but my service was quick enough.

I needed to replace 2 tires. It was done in a timely manner. The employee kept me apprised of what was being done and when I could expect the work to be done.

They did a great job! Best place to get your car worked on and they dont try to upswell you!

I made an appt. to get my flat tire fixed. As long an appt. is made, depending on the service, it is prompt.

I wanted to get in before the weekend and I called Thursday at 3:30pm. Chris offered the option to drop off Thursday night or bring it Friday at 8 without an appointment and they would fit it in. He did exactly that. He called to ask if I wanted other services that were recommended. I chose not to have that work done but I will bring it back for other services

I especially appreciate the above & beyond service rendered by "Ricky" who took the time to solve the Tire Pressure Monitor notification that kept returning to my dashboard computer display. Thanks, Jack Townsend

Brian greeted me with a smile and warm welcome. He explained the process and amount of time that I should expect the service to take. They made a few recommendations (wiper blades and air filter) which made sense for the amount of miles the vehicle. Very happy with the service provided (especially the wiper blades as it rained two days after the work was done)!

I've been a customer over 10yrs and seen the store at it's worst. Things are at the best I've seen them. Great job staff!

I got a screw in my tire. They fit me in after work to check and replace my tire before they closed.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pricing was very specific and the work was done in a very timely manner. I will absolutely recommend this location to everyone! Definitely following COVID guidelines and made me feel super safe!
