Big O Tires

Big O is my go to service center when it comes to wheel and tire. Angel is always professional and explains things in simple terms. I find Big O pricing to be reasonable and don't feel pressured into anything I don't want. They actually worked with me to get the price point down since it was involved job. All of the above shows commitment to the customer.

Angel is a great asset to your company. He was very kind and courteous. I visited 2 other Big O Tires that wasn't willing to assist due to the workload. I even asked for an appt at Walnut Creek and they wouldn't take that as an option but Angel was able to schedule the appt for me at Pleasant Hill. Thank you!

I picked up a nail in my left front tire. I was able to get in the next day without an appointment. The tire was fixed during the time frame the associate said it would. The check-in process was efficient and quick. My car was completed within the time frame they promised.

I needed to replace 2 tires. It was done in a timely manner. The employee kept me apprised of what was being done and when I could expect the work to be done.

I made an appt. to get my flat tire fixed. As long an appt. is made, depending on the service, it is prompt.

had a good deal with rebates on Goodyear tires. Only thing didnt like was tried to add nitrogen air which I see no value in, had it removed along with insurance

I didn't have to wait long for the service. Less than an hour

I wanted to get in before the weekend and I called Thursday at 3:30pm. Chris offered the option to drop off Thursday night or bring it Friday at 8 without an appointment and they would fit it in. He did exactly that. He called to ask if I wanted other services that were recommended. I chose not to have that work done but I will bring it back for other services

The young lady who waited on me was fantastic! Excellent customer service, experienced and friendly too.

Brian greeted me with a smile and warm welcome. He explained the process and amount of time that I should expect the service to take. They made a few recommendations (wiper blades and air filter) which made sense for the amount of miles the vehicle. Very happy with the service provided (especially the wiper blades as it rained two days after the work was done)!
