The gal at the front desk, Rochelle, was intelligent, well-informed, super courteous and made me feel confident about the work being done.

I got a screw in my tire. They fit me in after work to check and replace my tire before they closed.

Big O tires gave me great me great service at a great price.I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced.I first went to another big name brand tire store and they wanted to charge me more than twice as much as Big O and also told me that the rims I had would not work with the tires I had. When I went to Big O they said no problem and that they could do it right then for half the price.They had the job complete in a few hours! The girl at the counter and the whole staff was very knowledgeable and friendly!!!

When you wake up to a flat tire, you're day definitely starts badly. I was able to pump the tire enough to get to Big O, and they were able to fix the tire (and rotate the tires) at a very reasonable price. The rest of my day started late, but my budget wasn't broken.

This store in Pleasant Hill is great!! The place is so clean and tidy, the shop the showroom, waiting area (with toys for kids!) and the lav. Brian and his staff always is courteou, helpful and the prices are fair. I have recommended so many people to this shop. You may use my name. Sherri Buffa

My wife's car was experiencing electrical problems. Took it to Big O because I recently had service done there for the car. They checked it out, and it was my battery which was only 4 months old. They took the battery out of the car, I picked it up and went and got a new one, brought it back and Big O installed it for free, only cost me the $29.95 charge for electrical diagnostics. You guys are the best!

The person who helped me was amazing everything they did on the vehicle from beginning to end was great I really appreciate all the assistance I will definitely be coming back here
