Big O Tires

Everything about Brian was perfect. I wanted to go back to Pleasant Hill to get the tires but as the bad tire was flat the next morning, I couldn't return the visit and needed to find my tires right away in my town, because it wasn't in stock there and I was short of time (filling air in tires from gas stations where there's no service) and that next day was a funeral. Fortunately I got a loaner put on and two other tires were available at a small tire shop locally. The loaner was all I needed. I'm sure the time and distance was all that kept me from returning to Pleasant Hill. Great service there though. Ps. I'm picky when restrooms come into the picture. They must be spotless if the customers are allowed to use it.

The work is done correctly. Its understandable, that a oil change and tire rotation takes 3 hours fore this a busy shop. These are good people and they have to jockey their work.

I was able to get in on the final hours of the President's Day Sale - buy 2 get 2 w/ alignment package. Dropped my wife's car off at 3pm and picked it up at 6pm. That's what I call service!

Friendly staff, answered questions in a timely fashion, finish time earlier than estimated. I tried to get appointment but was told to stop in. I came in at 8 am and was done by 11 am. My daughter had purchased her tires for her car a couple a months ago. I was the one who had to bring it in the next day. I received the same friendly services as last time.

I always bring my vehicles to Brian and his team. They make me feel like they're caring for my car, and my family's safety.

Manager and Technician are very nice friendly and good skills to fix car. Very on time to complete the work. After work done then carefully to check very things before release the car to customer.

I have used them twice now and was very pleased both times. Everyone that works there is kind courteous and so helpful. It gives this senior citizen such peace of mind to have found a place I can take my vehicle and not worry. I recommend you to all friends.

The professional way my transaction was handled. They explained and kept me informed about the problem with my car. They updated me about the time it would take by phone and it was done at the time that they said it would.

Diagnosed the problem in a timely fashion, completed the services within a reasonable time period, especially considering it's the holidays. Staff were professional and didn't try to up-sell services.

I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped by Angel. He looked up my information and processed my appointment. While I waited, I returned to see angel about getting some quotes on tires for another vehicle. He helped me look up some brands and gave me some recommendations. My vehicle service and tire repair took a little over an hour, which is totally acceptable.

I purchased my tires at the Big O store in Pinole. I had already stopped there earlier in the day, as I had a tire light. The technician checked the air pressure and added or decreased the pressure as needed. The tire light went off, and I drove to Pleasant Hill. Upon completing my errands, I had another tire light, and was concerned that I might not make it home safely. I saw the Big O store, took a chance, and stopped in. I was greeted courteously, my car was looked at promptly, the nail removed and the tire repaired, and I was on my way in about an hour. I was thrilled! I knew my tire would get me safely home, and I had quite a short wait. I would definitely recommend this store to others.
