They were able to accommodate us the same day we called and were able to finish well before 5pm. They were also able to find us a good value for our last minute 4-tire request. All in all, we will definitely use Big-O again. Thank you!

I had an unexpected trip come up and has leaving early the next morning. I needed tires and service on my truck. I called them because my CC was offering cash rewards for Big O and they had the buy 3 get 1 free tire sale. It was 2:30pm and they were able to get me in for the service. In fact they stayed past closing hours to complete the work.

The staff and management at this Big O Tires are exceptional. They are attentive to customers and knowledgeable about vehicles. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who values great customer service and honest work.

I usually go to another location but after this visit I know I will be doing all of my repair work here. The employees were very nice and helpful the entire time and I always knew they had my best intentions in mind

The Associate Dillon Herman was courteous and explained what my car needed. He left it up to me to decide he did not push as has happened in the past. This gentleman and still confidence and I was able to make a decision that I think was right for my. Work was done quickly and Completed all my issues. I feel better about driving my car, knowing that parts that needed changed were changed.

Really impressed with the overall service received. Dillon was very transparent with the work that was needed to bring my vehicle to its optimal health. He was also very articulate and thorough in respect to the work that needed to be done. He gave me options on how to proceed with the work and there was no pressure applied to commit to the work. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and I will definitely recommend Big O in Pleasant Hill to anyone that needs the vehicle serviced.

Good service considering it was a HOLIDAY day and I drove in for an oil change. Glad they were able to reset the oil change light on my Toyota a few days later at no cost. Price was high, but will use a sale coupon next time. After having resetting my oil change light.....the next day a "Maintenance Required" light went on. Is their a charge to see what service is needed at this time. I have been driving my car locally with that light on.

Brandon Arakaki was the initial point of contact via phone in regards to repairing a flat tire, time of day was 2:30pm on Dec26. Brandon said he will personally perform the repair if the flat tire can be remove from the vehicle and brought in the shop. While wheeling in the flat tire Brandon met me at the door, and he said he will call me by 4:30 pm. At 4pm Brandon call indicating the flat tire was repaired. A complete repair with a patch installed INSIDE the tire. No shady repair using a plug like from other repair facility. The kicker, Brandon said NO COST for the repair since I was a customer who had tires installed a few years ago. Totally surprise! Customer service at a great level. Thank you Brandon and Big O. Angel, rep at Big O Tires in Pleasant Hill, CA, not only got my vehicle in after I got stuck in traffic and wasn't able to make it on time for my 11:00am appt., but by the time I was able to bring my SUV in, it was almost 2:00pm and they were able to (1) mount, balance and align 4 new tires; (2) complete an oil change; (3) replace my windshield wipers; (4) replace headlight bulb; (5) replace license plate bulb; and (6) perform diagnostic and let me know what other issues with my vehicle that need to be addressed/replaced/fixed.
