They were sufficient, honest & lovely to work with. Told me the time it would be done & I was able to get a pedicure & right when I was done they were all done! I’ll definitely be going back. 👍🏼

so far so good. you always do try to do right by the customer. i have to drive the car a bit more to make sure all is well, but am assuming it will be fine. thank you.

I walked in with no appiintment and was greeted and assured I would get my problem solved.

Chris Neves was my service manager. Very courteous and knowledgeable about my Jeep. Chris beat my lowest tire estimate. The shop crew were very helpful in pointing out future maintenance needs. All work was performed on time.Iwill be glad to recommend BigO to my friends.

I had major valve cover issues that took three days to repair and I was updated on a daily basis as to the progress on the original diagnosis and expected completion.

I came into Big O with a tire that was literally falling apart. I left it overnight and they were able to help me. I had to replace all 4 tires but I had purchased tires from them before. They also did a few other services needed. They communicated with me and were able to help!

only thing that was a little baffling...they didn't know how to or couldn't fix the rubber lining on the driver side door. Otherwise, i always get really good service at Big O...and people are also always friendly.

Chris and the crew we’re very helpful. Simple no bs and explained my options clearly.
