Big O Tires

BigOTires were very professional and thorough and based on the diagnosis they fixed our car in the time it was promised with no surprises afterwards. They informed us what they had found during the testing, and left it up to us to decide what work we wanted done. Based on their recommendations we had all the recommended work done.

My experience every time I schedule an appointment is that the customer service I receive is excellent and they always let me know how fast my car will be done, They are courteous and knowledgeable. I like the Big O Tires Team in Pleasant Hill,Ca.

Big O is a quality store for tires with good prices. All went well with the purchase until it came time to pick up my car. When I was given the keys after the installation, I found that the technician had left the car unlocked with the passenger side window wide open and the seat was pushed forward to the end of it's travel. Why was this necessary when working on the tires? I took the car home after checking to see if there was anything missing. I had not left any valuables in the car. The following morning I thought it would be a good idea to check all the lug nuts. I found that one lug nut had not been tightened and one valve stem was missing a cap. Additionally, I checked and balanced all the tire air pressures. Then, when I drove the car, there was a noise coming from the right front tire. The technician had not removed the tire sticker and it was stuck to the side wall and 'flapping' against the pavement as the tire turned. The sticker was removed and now all seems well for the moment. A quick check of the technicians work by the service manager would prevent such problems. This is the second set of Michelin tires on my car and they are really excellent when installed and maintained properly.

The difficult job was completed with great professionalism. I feel good taking my car to Big O. Very capable auto repair team.

Had to wait at the counter, need to have more people available to work desk. Also when people are waiting and the phone rings the customer on the phone should be put on hold, not making the customers in the shop wait.

Although there was about a day delay getting my car out of there Everything worked out fine, your fees were exceptional and extremely reasonable. Easy to work with staff, they understood my challenge and objective and we were well taken care of.

Really the people so nice and helpful

No complaints, needed tire rotation and oil change and it was done a little sooner than promised. We had new tires and brakes installed last year on this car so there were no other issues.

I was in the area and dropped by Big O Tires to see about changing the tires on my truck. I recently changed the two back tires due to an accident. I didn't want the off road tires and it was suggested I pick another tire and buy 4 new tires. I did and the ride it totally different now. I love it. Thank you Big O Tires.

Scheduled appointment online and confirmed. When arrived, was not in the system and had to reschedule.

The associate was professional and courteous. Honored my Groupon without any issue. Appreciated the inspection and estimate for brakes. Would have liked it if I was offered a discount on the brakes. It would have made me book the appointment to get the work done at Big O Tires. Instead, I called around to other automotive companies to get a better price. Otherwise, I would go back for service when discounted.

Once I owned/operated a print shop, and realize the problematic of dealing with materials and the time frames. A customer has to have a understanding of business operations and sometimes even with good intentions there can be a problem to iron out. Such as in my case newly made tires don't always do what you tell them to do.- The damn thing just wouldn't bead. The employees at Big O in Pleasant Hill did the best they could, I guess now they know to just to warm these tires up somewhat before we witness them struggle to get the tire mounted. - For instance!.. As soon as my said tire was ready I was on the road in no time!. Brian took care of me. he gets a A in customer service.

1)bought/installed tires late Sat and drove straight home, 1 mile. One tire was completely flat Sunday AM. Store closed on Sundays, had to call AAA plus was late to function because of delay. Took in on Monday. No apology or that's too bad or offer to expedite repair. I thought that was poor customer service! It has left me with a negative feeling towards this Big O even though I've purchased tires w/ no problems there before. 2) be nice to have chairs on check side as it takes awhile to get served when guys are on phone,

Brian took the time to look up different tires for me. Explained the good and the bad of each tire. Brian told me he could have the tires the same day, which was fantastic. I really appreciated that Brian took his time to help me find the best tires for my car. He was honest with his opinion and I appreciate that in a sales person.

Big O employees did a great job preparing my car for a 3,500 mile trip.They took care of fluid replacement, brake check, tire check including balance check, and found and repaired an electrical problem that could have totally ruined the trip.Thanks for the good work.

The staff is very friendly and honest. The car repair was done earlier than I expected.

The people who work here are always very nice, helpful and knowledgeable and if they don't readily know something, they check it out.
