Just a nail in my tire so not of interaction necessary but they made the whole experience as good as it could be.

Everybody was friendly personable and very professional and got me back in my work van with absolutely no problems

I felt I was treated well and taken care of. I only came in to replace a battery so it was not a major service. The service was performed in a very timely manner.

Main reason was staff. Courteous and knowledgeable to a fault.

The air pressure on each tire was different even when the pressure was listed on the dash. It was very disappointing from the usual high service.

This Big o has always taken great care of my cars. I have been going here a long time. Always highly satisfied with their work.

I feel the customer service people were honest with what was needed with the vehicle although the cost was a lot more than I had expected. I spent over $1,200 on parts and service I would have appreciated a discount other than the $10 off from a coupon I brought in.

Quick service. Delivered as promised.

Service was good. Waiting room only fair. Coffee was supposed to be provided, but was empty.

Angel is a great representative of the Big O brand. Friendly clear and concise.

I have a specialized truck with tires that are difficult to find, an oil leak that I didn't want to deal with and both my needs were met quickly with excellent communication from associates
