Good services.

I was somewhat concern that I had to take the car back for the same item - check engine light came back on. Tech told me they hadn't cleaned it enough and that could be the reason why it came back on. I was told to drive it around for a few days and hopefully the light wouldn't come back on. Have an appointment for other service another $500 - but the car needs it - so hopefully I won't need to take it back for the same reason.

Things could move faster. 4 hours for a tire rotation and patch seems like a long time.

I came in with a flat tire and since it was during the shelter at home time, I appreciated not being greeted at my car. However, all in the store greeted me upon entering. I was in and out within a half hour - much grateful for the speedy service.

I wanted a cheaper tire brand to replace all four, but the brand was, of course, out of stock at local locations and I would have to order and wait for it. I had to go with a more expensive brand, but my tires were replaced by the promised afternoon time I wanted it completed. I appreciate the complimentary tire rotations and 29 point inspections for the life of the tires.

I have been going to Big O for several years, mainly for convenience. The staff is friendly but the prices are higher than many other auto service places.

I just needed a rotation. I was offered an oil change, but already have a service scheduled at another location, so not needed (not offended, pretty certain store policy has sales/managers put this in the script, not surprised). They do follow up if you haven't been in for some while (my tires in the meantime rotated at my primary service appointment).

Went in for an oil change after making an appointment online. But once I got there I was told that I didn't have an appointment booked. They were still able to take my car in at that time and get me out within a couple of hours. I was out by the time they promised with my car oil changed and an update on any issues with my car. Service was great and I would go back in the future.
