I have purchased almost ALL my tires with Big O Tires, including my wife's and my son's cars. I've had some ok services with the customer service employees at the desks in the past. With many change of managements, others were very professional and helpful. If the business is busy, the two customer sales employees will always announce that they will be with us as soon as they can and thank us for the patience of waiting. Although I just have one comment (not so much negative) is that for someone who has been loyal to Big O Tires, this time, I asked the customer service sales employee (Brian, a very nice, professional and helpful) if he would throw in the Nitro air that Big O Tires charges for free, since I am purchasing 4 new tires (although 1 was free BOGO free). He said he couldn't do it. Come on, I have purchased all my tires from this particular store and they won't even do that for a loyal customer ??? I could take my business to many other places but I chose Big O Tires because they have the tires I needed in stock all the time. In my opinion, the company should be able to do something for loyal returning customers. It's not like I was asking for another new tire for free or anything major. Just to fill my 4 brand new tires with the Nitro air for free. I don't think it was too much to ask. But with the above comment, it will not stop me from purchasing my tires with Big O Tires.

Needed a tire repaired. They fit me into the schedule on short notice and performed the task quickly and well within the timeframe they provided. Customer service was exceptional.

Thanks for getting my car back to me in the time promised on Christmas eve. I really appreciate the help in determining if my wheel needed to be replaced or not. You made a stressful situation less stressful.

They were able to accommodate us the same day we called and were able to finish well before 5pm. They were also able to find us a good value for our last minute 4-tire request. All in all, we will definitely use Big-O again. Thank you!

I have only one problem. The pricing of $30 was expensive for putting a plug into a tire with a hole in the tread.

This time I was just in for a tire rotation, but the staff was friendly and the service was accurate.

In previous visits the customer service agents aggressively tried to sell me services I didn't need or want. They no longer do this. I had a coupon that was supposed to be $25 off per axle for a brake job I had done on the front two axles, but I found I was only given a $25 discount, not $50.
