I came in at 4pm with a nail in my tire. I was helped promptly and had my car serviced at the same time. Had it back at 6pm . Very Happy

I dropped off my car for a oil change at 10, the dude said it should be done at 12, they called me to pick it up at 2. To me that's a long time for a oil change. The oil change place in Oakland takes about 20 mins. Never have to leave the car. They do it in front of you. I didn't really understand why it was necessary to leave my car or why it took that long for a oil change. Kinda weird. Then, at 1pm I got concerned because they hadn't called. So I called the number three different times, no answer. Then I get there, the dude just has me pay and gives me the keys. Didn't recommend any other services. Didn't have any updates on my car. He had said they do a courtesy inspection. Never heard results. I wouldn't go back there.

I'm actually quite pissed. I went in for an oil change and a leaky tire and ended up needing two new tires. Once I was leaving I got in my car and my tire pressure light was still on so I said something to the guy and he comes and looks at it. He said it will go off while I'm driving home that it just needs to reset. So I'm driving home and it doesn't turn off. The next morning I'm driving and it's STILL ON. I get back to Bart that evening to a flat tire. I'm pissed. That's absolute bull shit. I get two new tires and they didn't bother checking the other ones? I will NEVER be back to this location if I even go back to a big o at all.

Oil change took 2 hours when it was not even busy. I was the only one waiting in the lounge and have to ask someone if my car is ready. Seems like staff went to lunch first before attending to customers.

They were quick and efficient with service and satisfaction.

I've always received great customer service from this location pleasant hill, but yesterday the girl that helped me was not nice, when I picked up my car I had to wait for about 15 min to get help, she saw me waiting and just left me there waiting and when she finally came out to help she had an attitude I'm thinking "I am sorry if you are not happy with your job".

I brought my car in at 1000 hrs, for an alignment and brake system flush. I called at 1630 hrs, was told my car would be ready at 1730 hrs. Got there at 1730 hrs, waited another hour until i finally got my car at 1830 hrs. It took them 8 and 1/2 hrs to get my car done. This is a stretch.

Scheduled a brake service with a Groupon voucher. Multi point inspection was done only to find out that there's this list of things we have to do. Mind you our crv only needed a brake pad replacment per Honda service themselves. A week later, a weird sound came from the crv's engine. We dont know where that came from all of a sudden but I'm hoping it's not from Big O Tires. We are going to have our crv services at Winter Honda and we'll find out from there.

Easy, painless experience ordering a new replacement tire - arrived the next day. Only took an hour to switch the flat with the new tire. Brian, owner, followed up via text a few days later to make sure the tire was good to go. I was really impressed with them. I'll definitely be back for any car repairs that they can handle.

I took my car in for some routine maintenance, one of which included alignment. My car was returned to me with alignment worse than when it came in. I'm planning on taking it to another Big O location for them to fix this Big O mistake (usually do a really great job but I was honestly surprised they could return my car to me in this condition--I'm switching lanes just by taking my hand off the wheel).

Great same day service and price. Customer service was great, as well!
