Needed a new set of TPMS, was quoted for 40% over for the cost of the sensors plus labor. If you are charging for labor, at least don't add such margins on materials.

Took my car in you routine oil change and road trip check up.bthey were able to find uneven tire wear and did alignment new tires, and brakes. Car now ready for long road trip.

Work performed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Professional and courteous service. However, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that technicians/mechanics place protective covers on floor mats and on seats, before entering cars. Also, when through, clean area that has had contact with hands. My car STUNK from old oil and gasoline when I got it back from service. I cleaned indoor door rest and handle, steering wheel and gearstick with cleaning wipes. The new wipes were clean before using them but BLACK when finished wiping the surface areas. Also, I removed the floor mat on the drives side in order to clean it outside as it too was smelling strongly from old oil/gas. I have had my car serviced at other places where they routinely use paper for protection of both seats and floor. It may be an idea for you to adopt that practice as well.

Waited 90 minutes while 5 service technicians took there time. I will not use BigO tires again. Too many other concerns to list!

This was my 3rd trip to the store for the same service. They replaced a unit and then told me that they had just to see if that was the issue. I was then informed of the cost. I advised them that I hadn't approved the service and didn't have the funds to pay now. That is when they offered a credit card or another service. Allied SNAP which is basically like a pay day loan. I told them I wasn't interested. I would rather pay cash. Told them they had to replace the unit back. I guess they thought I would just pay. Now i need to take the car back for a 4th time. Not happy at all

I could not be more pleased with the service that I receive whenever I go to this location. The fellows at the desk archer prefix always helpful and courteous. My tire experiences have been so good that I have decided to do all my repair work that I can have done there

Unfortunately I was was able to leave the shop with a front head light out, without it being brought to my attention, despite the fact that I had just received a safety check. When I called back, it was marked down that it was checked and fine, which it obviously wasn't. It's too bad I can't trust that the work I had done at this shop.

My biggest gripe, my vehicle was there for 6 hours. We brought the vehicle over about 1pm. I ordered the tires around 12pm that day and I was told they would have to come from their warehouse and would be there @ 2pm. 4 hours to change tires and do an alignment. They provided a shuttle for my wife to get home. But the vehicle wasn't done till 6pm so I had to shuttle my wife to work and pick her up and pick up vehicle afterwards. Just didn't plan on it taking so long.

I had called over the phone for a quote two days prior to my appointment. When I arrived, the employee told me that the tires that had been ordered were not appropriate for my vehicle (correct size, but not made for a sport utility vehicle which I have.) He was good about ordering a different set more appropriate for my vehicle. My 9:00AM service time would be pushed back and I was told the car would be ready between 3:00-4:00. I showed up at 4:45 and my car was on the lift, but nobody was working on it. The salesperson did a nice job of getting the floor people to prioritize my vehicle and told me it would be done in 15 minutes. It wound up being almost an hour and I left the shop at 5:30. It caused me to be late to pick up my son from after care at his school.

At first glance, my experience at this Big O was acceptable. When I got home, I noticed that there were big black greasy hand prints on my hood from where the technician closed it without cleaning them off. I let that go until today when I took my car in to a local Grass Valley garage to get another oil change and tire rotation. They were unable to rotate my tires because apparently your technician also neglected to return the wheel lock key tool to the bag in my glove compartment where he got it from. This is really unacceptable. I now have to figure out how to get a new one to replace it so I can get my tires rotated. I have been spending my time split between Grass Valley and the Bay Area so this is quite an inconvenience. Please advise if you happen to keep these wheel lock key tools in such a way that I can retrieve mine. I am assuming you don't or someone would have called me about it. So disappointed...

My daughters spare tire was stolen so I got a new one from the wrecking yard and wanted it balanced before I put it back in her trunk. The salesman took my order and then called me several hours later to tell me they would not balance it because the tire was old. I specifically told them it was a spare and would not be in service on the vehicle. He recommended I take it to your competitor (Les Schwabb) who gladly balanced it for me for less than I was quoted at your store. Needless to say that is my new go-to for my service needs.
