Bathroom unavailable. Children's area trashed. The whole store needs cleaning. Slow service and long waits at the desk to speak to someone. They appeared under staffed.

I was quoted a price for changing the struts/shocks on my 4Runner approximately 2 months before bringing the vehicle in for the actual service. I was stunned to receive a call that, upon further review, I was given erroneous information and that the actual cost would be more than double that of the quote!

Had damaged tire, when I called the tire store where I bought the tire I was told I had to wait 3 days to get it fixed. Called Big O Tires, they repaired the tire in 3 hours and got me back on the road.

I have used you guys before and have always been very happy. However, I had my car towed in at the end of day on a Friday, as a whole bunch of lights came on in my dashboard, the traction, the temperature warning light, and the check engine light. I was told mid morning on Saturday that all I needed was an alignment. Your guys were speedy and awesome, I picked my car up that afternoon. I drove no more than five miles, before the same issue that originally happened, happened again. I drove very slowly and carefully back to your Big O. I was then out of a car for almost a week, as I needed a new coolant tank and radiator, resulting in loosing money from being unable to get to work for a few days. How this was not looked at or checked initially is beyond me. The only reason I am not giving your store one star is because Angel was awesome, called constantly and kept me up to date, and credited back the alignment and initial diagnostic charge.

They didn't care about my waiting time. Angel said that it would take 30mins to have the car ready for release but i waited for almost an hour. The entire check-up alone ate a total of 3hrs which is not good at all.

I brought my car in on Thursday because I had a blow out of my tire I bought from this store just 5,000 miles earlier. It's a Big-O brand, yet you had none in the store to replace. They said the tire would be there first thing Friday morning and my car would be ready mid-day Friday. Finally, at 4:00, I called and was told my tire was on back order and my car would be ready by noon Saturday. No one ever called me to update the status of my car, and the man I talked with kept calling me dear and hun, offensive, particularly because he failed to communicate proactively. Moreover, I bought your brand tires so this kind of delay wouldn't happen. It was obvious the tire was defective and I don't trust the brand to fires, and the ride is much rougher than my prior tires.

Brian and his Team are always fantastic! They go above and beyond and their professionalism and quality of work is as good as it gets. I would recommend this shop to everyone...and have!

Got tires for the 1st time from this location in February, did not receive the best service. Had to take the vehicle back for a follow up due to noise with braking and the alignment being off. Upon taking the car back I felt as though they were trying to pass blame on to me and I did not appreciate that. Also, I felt as though they were not taking my concerns seriously. Recently, I had to take the car back for a tire warranty replacement and they did give me slight discount on the installation after I voiced my concerns... However it has been a little over a week and the vehicle does not feel like it is driving the same. It is pulling to one side. I have had two different people drive the vehicle and they noticed the same issue and also pointed out that there seems to be lack of steering control. I do not even want to take the car back to that Big O and will be looking for somewhere else to go.

This was a unique opportunity that new ownership had to solidify a relationship with an existing customer and protect a source of tremendous referral business. The physical service performed on my vehicle was done well. No issues there. The tire product is not as good as I had hoped it would be. It was somewhat of a specialty tire and options were discussed. In the end the product chosen does not closely enough resemble the performance I expected after being given my prices and alternative product knowledge. Additionally, after learning about my past experiences at this Big O location and knowing that I have great influence at a neighboring business that absolutely should be a huge source of ongoing referral clients to Big O I do not feel I got the type of preferential treatment most businesses extend to such clients. New management fully admits they are trying to rebuild reputation within the local community and I'm afraid for the moment at least that my business and that of such a convenient source will be seeking a new home.

I was not told about the additional expenses, although I knew there was a disposal fee, I have never had one that outrageous before. I was told on the phone it would be up to 2 hours. In the estimate I signed it said 2 hours. I waited 2.5 hours without any information. POOR COMMUNICATION!

Last time we had a flat fixed, it cost somewhere around $22, this time is was more than $30. If I go to the Concord store, they do it for free because they know I buy all of my tires at Big O and have had my shocks and struts done there as well. So, it looks like we will go back to the Concord store even though the Pleasant Hill store is less than 2 miles from my house. It is pretty sad that with the large amounts of money I have spent at the PH store, they have to charge so much to fix a flat.

I was able to get in on the final hours of the President's Day Sale - buy 2 get 2 w/ alignment package. Dropped my wife's car off at 3pm and picked it up at 6pm. That's what I call service!

Last Friday I took my van in for rotation, and front end alignment. When It was ready, I was given a list of items that needed to be fixed on my van(replace front axle, CV boots torn and leaking, brake line twisted). These items to fix would come to over $1,200.00. Very odd, if these things honestly needed to be one, my mechanic would have told me about them when I had just picked it up from him the day before after he finished installing hub bearings on the front and he was actually working in the exact area of the car your "mechanics" were at. Also, if these items needed to be honestly fixed, they never should have ligned the car. They soul not be able to align it correctly if those items were ctually in need of replacing. I took my van to my mechanic the follow in Monday and he inspected the exact item your "mechanic" claimed needed to be fixed. The only item needed to be corrected was the twisted brake line. He fixed it, and nothing else needed to be fixed. No leaking at all. When I took my car back in to BigO since the car was pulling to the right after they had aligned it on Friday. They checked the alignment, and "it was fine". The "mechanic" then rotated the Tires back to its original position prior to me taking it in on Friday. Your "mechanic" said that apparently the problem was "belt movement"I have never heard such a term and neither my mechanic). I should have been refunded my rotation price since the Tires were rotted back to their original position. I will tell all of my friends about this and Not recommend your store.
