Big O Tires

The service and experience exceeded my expectations. I was a long time satisfied customer of America Tires of Walnut Creek. In my experience thus far the staff at Big O in Pleasant Hill was more concerned with customer safety and satisfaction than making the top sales list.

Came in with a slow leak, I was sweating replaceing the good tire but to my delight it was an easy fix.

Timely completion of service and attentiveness to my questions and concerns were awesome!

I have been a customer for 10 years at this location and have never had a problem with service or communication.

Just a routine rotation, but staff was friendly and courteous and service was quick.

Big O has always been and is still reliable for honesty, customer service and quality work.

I came in at 4pm with a nail in my tire. I was helped promptly and had my car serviced at the same time. Had it back at 6pm . Very Happy
