I went in to have my tires rotated, the tires I purchased at the PH Big O in November (8 months back). Their computer system did not show me as having purchased my tires there, and as I did not have my receipt in the glove box (my error) I had to drive home to get it. Once back with receipt in hand it was verified that I had purchased my four tires there, so was entitled to the free rotation. This was a bit of a inconvenience to say the least. Whatever the computer issue was, I hope they've fixed it.

I brought my 1995 Land Cruiser in to get tires rebalanced and front end aligned. Ed was friendly and helpful and let me know it would be extra for the Land Cruiser alignment. I agreed. Two hours later Ed called to say that the mechanic reported several broken/stripped lug nuts and that I would be charged $12 each for an additional $72. I informed Ed I would not pay for the lug nuts as the mechanic had either installed them incorrectly or applied too much torque. I told him I would be there to collect my vehicle. I hung up and started for the store. Ed called back and told me the manager said that they would not admit fault but would provide the lug nuts. I was then told I'd have to wait for them to be delivered and installed before the front end could be aligned... Ed called after approximately two more hours to report the vehicle was ready. I used an online coupon for discounted rebalancing which Ed processed-please note that he was the only positive portion of this interaction. I noticed on the paperwork the mechanic had noted 110# of torque. The factory service manual for the 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser specifies 76 pounds. Ed offered to have the mechanics re torque the wheels. I do not know if any of the other lug nuts have been compromised, but declined and re torqued them myself at home. All of them were way beyond 76 pounds. I am disappointed. I falsely assumed a tire store would have the factory specs for wheel nuts. And then to tell me they failed because they were old? I consider myself fortunate that I know better and challenged the broken nuts. Most people wouldn't have known and would have paid for the shop's mistakes. I will not return and would not recommend your services.

Worst service ever... had grease all over steering wheel and driver seat after service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Big O tires gave me great me great service at a great price.I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced.I first went to another big name brand tire store and they wanted to charge me more than twice as much as Big O and also told me that the rims I had would not work with the tires I had. When I went to Big O they said no problem and that they could do it right then for half the price.They had the job complete in a few hours! The girl at the counter and the whole staff was very knowledgeable and friendly!!!

Gave me the wrong tire, but then tried to blame it on me saying I took the wrong one. I literally watched him roll it out and there were no other customers there. Own up to your stuff. I figured out it was wrong AFTER I already had it mounted, balanced, and put on the car. They were then going to charge me to swap it out so I had to take it back to my guy, have him take it off, go exchange them, and then have my guy remount and balance. Huge inconvenience for something that could have been easily avoided if the employee was paying any attention. I also stood in an empty waiting room for about five minutes while I heard the employees having a nice conversation in the back.

I dropped off a tire for repair at 4:00 and was told the store closed at 5:30. When I didn't get a call, I stopped by at 5:20, expecting my tire to be repaired, but was informed it couldn't be and I had to get a new tire. There was no explanation as to why a simple nail in the tire could not be patched. Also, I had purchased road hazard insurance when I bought the tires, but wasn't informed it was only good for three years on tire replacement or six for repairs, so it was a scam. I was informed the tire would be ready by 6:00, so I went home again and returned a third time to pick it up. First, a call regarding the status of the tire would have prevented one of the trips to your store and better communication regarding the road hazard insurance is needed.

My wife's car was experiencing electrical problems. Took it to Big O because I recently had service done there for the car. They checked it out, and it was my battery which was only 4 months old. They took the battery out of the car, I picked it up and went and got a new one, brought it back and Big O installed it for free, only cost me the $29.95 charge for electrical diagnostics. You guys are the best!

We had our brakes done at your shop several months ago. We had to bring it back twice due to additional grinding and noises subsequent to this work. On positive note your shop has agreed to look at our car and correct any mistakes without any additional charges. However, I can't recommend this shop to others and I will take my routine maintenance needs elsewhere

I bought 4 new tires. $1500 on 10/26. 3 hrs later I had 2 flat tires and almost had my family get in an accident. I pumped up the tires and the truck is in front of your store. The tires are again flat after I filled with air. These tires must have been put on by a rookie. I will be there by 7:30am today. 10/28

did not come away a happy customer i just bought 2 rear tires one month ago . made an app. for a front end brake check on my half hr lunch break 45 min. later all 4 tires are off car and employee is measureing tread depth on brand new tires...i express my displeasure with how long this is taking , i demand they put my tires on and release my car,i need to leave. nobody moves on a hustle for an obviously unhappy customer.. tech moving like a snail. 3 other mechanics meandering around,chit chatting....at this 1hr point i am informed i have a nail in my tire . 1hr 45 min later ive got a 165. dollar bill on a free brake ck.......nope wont b back

Went in for an oil change ended up taking 2 hours. Lady said it wouldn't be more then 40 minutes and that it was slow so she could get it done. I usually only wait 30 mins for a oil change.

Did almost 1,500 in work with out asking for approval . it was made very clear not to do any work on the van with out my approval of estimated costs. This van has almost 180,000 miles on it . If I was notified in advance about the 1,500 I would have not done the work . It was clear to me the service person doing the paper work was not trained well or perhaps this is just a good excuse for BiG O to get away with this kind of scam. I can't believe you guys get away with this kind of crap.
