I have been taking my vehicle since July, 2018 to have my check engine light checked and repaired. Since July I have had to return to the store 5 times for the same issue. Each time I was advised that it was another "code" that they didn't know why it didn't show up when I took the vehicle in initially. I have spent close to $750.00 and am still experiencing the same issue. I asked the store owner Brian if their work was guaranteed - to which he replied yes. I advised him that I didn't feel I should pay another $276.00 to replace a fuse. The majority of the cost was labor. He said that this was a different issue and not related to the initial. I told him that as good customer service they should replace the fuse for free - he replied no. I will not be taking my car back. It's shame because I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. And the problem is till the same - I feel that they didn't know what to do or was just charging me money. Perhaps they have a per person charge limit - $2,000

I came in with a scheduled oil change turned into being stuck for 3 hours. Got talked into buying lug nuggs for my wheels I told them I had to pick up my son they told me it would be quick and it wasn't when I tried to get out of it since I knew I was late there was no one for me to tell them I didn't want the service anymore . I was mad and upset and not happy about it at all.

Ridiculous and inconsiderate experience. They continually tried to get me to spend unnecessary money and take advantage of me. He told me I needed to spend $70 on an OIL CHANGE for a 2007 Toyota. Laughable. I just got picked up because my appointment was supposed to take almost two hours, and the guy calls me saying they couldn't open my oil to drain it and they would most likely damage it and to get a new one would cost me $550. LUDACRIS. I said no and then he said my tire rotation would be done in ten minutes so I had to come straight back. Got my oil changed down the street in less than a half hour and they did it just fine.

I had a screw in my tire and needed it repaired. Lately I've had no time so I decided to let them change my oil and air filter and rotate my tires. I get my car back and there's grease fingerprints everywhere and my hubcap is now ruined because some knucklehead mechanic bent with a pry bar while taking it off. I am once again reminded why it's better to do it yourself.

So I paid for 5 year alignment on a '15 Wrangler. Brought the vehicle in fine and was given it back with 1 turn to lock left. The manager and tech said the car needs more work. I said they f'd up the alignment. Spoke to a friend in the business and said they f'd up the job. This is a Turo rental and just came off a rental, that guy hand no problems with the car. I literally drove the car around the block back to the shop and told them they f'd up the car, had the car for the day and gave it back to me unprepared. When I asked the manager what the problem was, they gaslighted me, insisting I brought the car in broken. I took the car to the Les Schwab down the street. In 20 mins they told me the steering stabilizer had been installed wrong and a drag like was loose. Fck you.

The guys did a terrific job of fixing my car! The had a hard time getting parts but still managed to get it done in a timely manner. Both Thomas and the service manager worked really hard to get my car fixed!

I called and asked about bringing my car in for a flat repair and told to bring it right in. When I got there, in less than five minutes, I was told it would take at least an hour before looking at it. I was pressed for time but at this point had no choice but wait. 85 minutes later a salesman tried to convince me to buy tires that I don't need and I asked him to just fix the flat. 30 minutes later I walked from the lobby to the desk and see my unlocked parked truck in the parking lot. I asked if it was ready and it was. It had been for 15 minutes as I was sitting right there waiting and not told. Then I was insulted with the price of $42.60 to patch a tire!!! Are you kidding me?!?! It's robbery with terrible customer service!!!!!! Never again!!!

Everything about Brian was perfect. I wanted to go back to Pleasant Hill to get the tires but as the bad tire was flat the next morning, I couldn't return the visit and needed to find my tires right away in my town, because it wasn't in stock there and I was short of time (filling air in tires from gas stations where there's no service) and that next day was a funeral. Fortunately I got a loaner put on and two other tires were available at a small tire shop locally. The loaner was all I needed. I'm sure the time and distance was all that kept me from returning to Pleasant Hill. Great service there though. Ps. I'm picky when restrooms come into the picture. They must be spotless if the customers are allowed to use it.

This guy tried to rip me 1000$ for my roters and break pads, I could buy roters for 60$ each x4 240$ then my pads prob 300$, then I said I'll just go somewhere else and he tried to bring the price down, fuck that bro, he knows I'm younger too, tried to rip me off never going back and I'm going to let people that I know, that big o tires in pleasant hill is ripping people off. And that's fucked up

I had a Groupon for a fully synthetic oil change and i was overcharged $35 after i paid $50 on Groupon. I feel scammed since none of the things mentioned in the store was mentioned in Groupon.

I used to take my car to this Big O Tires pretty frequently (before current ownership). Besides the parking lot being too small and not always being able to get a space, the customer service was always great. The last time I got my car serviced there, it took a really long time to get an oil change (while I waited ) and so I was given a free oil change (written on the back of one of their business cards). The guy helping me felt bad that I had to wait over two hours, especially while very pregnant. I tried using the free oil change a few times over the course of the last two years, but the parking lot was always full so I went to the Big O on Concord Ave instead. I decided to give this location another try his morning and I regret it. The lady helping me said that she couldn't give me the free oil change as they switched owners (understandable) but that she could give me a $10 discount. I was perfectly fine with that and appreciated it as I knew it likely would not have been honored since so much time passed. The lady then goes on to say something like, "your daughter looks way older than two" as if I was lying about her age. Seriously!? She just turned two a month ago. I wasn't being pushy about the free oil change, actually pretty passive and polite. Why she felt the need to make me feel like a liar is beyond me. Also, she told me she couldn't help me this morning and that they now have appointments only (there was only one car in their service area and no one else there). I have never been turned away from a Big O. Anyhow, I won't be going there anymore. I'll stick to the one on Concord Ave. They are way more friendly and helpful.

Took over 2 hours for a simple oil change. I called three hours ahead of time to set an appointment and they didn't make sure they had the correct oil filter in stock. I gave them all the specs for my vehicle before I came in to alleviate any issues. Will not go back ever again.

Needed installation of headlights, had limited time to get it done. Was given clear info on cost and probable time for completion. Was pleased with how quickly it was done, cost was what I expected and what they quoted.
