I came in to have by tire repaired it had a nail in the back right rear. I was told it was in the red zone and was not repairable as well as that I needed to new front tires. My back tire was brand new and the nail was not in the red zone it was repairable and I had you put my tire and rim in my trunk, put my spare on and drove to Concord Costco where I buy my batteries for all my cars and they fixed the tire and I have been driving on it just fine ever since!! Also I have 4,000-5,000 more miles left on my front tires and I knew that so when your staff was trying to sell me 3 new tires I new right away your company was dishonest!! You quoted me a price for my front tires that was more then I had just recently paid for my back tires which are bigger! 2012 C250. I hope you don't do this to other women who might not know much about cars or tires!! I would never recommend anyone to come to your place of business and I have used Big O Tires in Danville for years, their prices are honest and their employees!! I hope you have a talk with your staff to not try and rip people off!! Please kindly remove my email from your system. Thank you.

I stopped by this morning to have my "idiot Light" checked for my tire pressure and to check out a comment made by the dealer at my last service. As it turns out the throw away remark by the dealer was a tire safety issue. I am thrilled that the team was forthcoming, gave me options and the end result was actually cheaper than the estimate! (When was the last time that happened????) I am now a lifetime customer. THANK YOU to everyone that helped today...My family and I appreciate your concern for my safety and your professionalism.

My tires were overinflated and i had to go someswhere else to have it corrected. The service person who brought in my paperwork didn't seem to know what he was doing and now I know the results.

One star is for the pricing experience ONLY. I was very pleased with the friendliness and customer service I received. I was able to make a same day appointment online to have my snow tires installed, and left for Tahoe the very next day. Snow tires now on - no issues so far - my day to day tires were placed in the back of my car as requested. I had this EXACT same service completed in Walnut Creek at Big O, at the end of the winter season earlier this year. It cost me HALF of what I just paid at Big O in Pleasant Hill. When I asked about it, they explained all stores have different pricing because they have different owners. $190 to have four snow tires installed is truly ridiculous, especially as it cost me half that earlier this same year - just at a different Big O store. I will not be returning to Big O in Pleasant Hill.

I have for years used Big O tires for all of my tire needs. However, for the past 5 years have used the store in Pleasant Hill and the experience there has been extremely poor. I had a screw in my tire, took it in for repair and was told it cannot be repaired because I have not enough tread on my tires that only have 43k miles. They are 50k rated Big O tires. I replaced two of the tires overall but will looking for a new tire retailer for my other two tires. The manager said that it was probably my fault for not keeping the tires rotated and properly inflated. BS, they get rotated every time I get my oil changed at my mechanic, about every 6 months.

I had ordered tires, and they were installed. Your store lost one of my hubcaps. The manager said that he was going to call me, he has not. I need my hubcap back. If I could give less than one star I would.

Two visits to Pleasant Hill Big O and they still couldn't get it right. First they wanted to charge me to repair my flat even though I bought my tires through Big O. Then they told me I did not have road damage coverage but I did which was confirmed when I called the Big O where I purchased tires, all another Big O store has to do is call the store where tires are purchased and get confirmation. Next day return to get flat fixed at Pleasant Hill Big O, after 3 hours word is can't be fixed, need to get new tire which WC Big O has for you. Go to WC BIG O, they fix flat no problem!! In 20 minutes no less as well as problem solve with you.

I brought a tire in for repair at 7:30 on the morning of December 31st. The person at the counter indicated that know one was there yet to look at the tire, but I would get a call-back in a little bit. I received a call back about 8:30 with the news that the tire could not be repaired, but they could have a replacement tire brought in an ready for me sometime after noon. I agreed that this would be fine. At about 2:00 I called to confirm the tire was ready. I was told that the tire was not it yet, but they expected it any time. At about 2:30, I received a call that the tire was not in yet, but was expected any minute and that once it arrived would only take a few minutes to mount to the rim. I explained that I had to work, and needed the car ready by 4:00. I came into the store at 3:30 to wait for the tire to be ready. The person at the desk said that the dispatch people were not answering the phone, but the tire was still expected at any time. At 5:00 I had to leave to get an uber to go to work. In addition, the next day was a holiday and Big O was not open, So I had to hire a ride for Wednesday as well. On Thursday I received a call that the tire was ready. The person on the phone was very matter-of-fact when telling me that the delivery service only worked half a day on Monday and that was why my tire never showed up. Everyone should be allowed to have time off with their families, but communicating with your customers does not seem to be asking too much. I have always been a proponent of Big O and have previously recommended you to others. I think you have tried to build your business on the positive customer experience. If the roles had been reversed and this situation happened to one of my customers, I would have been the first one to call them and take ownership for the poor customer service. I am sorry that you have had a change in philosophy.

This store tried to oversell everything. Example - power steering fluid was low, so they tried selling a complete service including a flush ( car has 65k miles). After I declined, they did not even top off the fluid, even though I paid for a $60 oil change

We went in to get our tires rotated and asked if the service would be free, the clerk said it would and that it would take an hour and half to do. We waited and upon completion was charged $20 because we did not buy the tires with Big O Tires. This should have been explained before service started. I am thoroughly disappointed and will never consider buying tires with this company after this mis treatment.
