I went in and got my tires rotated and an oil change for my SUV for which I bought the tires at the same Big-O location. I waited and knew it was going to be a long wait. After its done, I asked if I bring my other car in 30 minutes, how long would the wait for the alignment to be checked. The person said that it wouldn't take long since alignment checks don't take a long time and jobs are finishing up. I return within 30 min and now they say it won't be looked at until 4 hours. Now I will take my cars to another shop just for tire rotations even if I have to pay for now versus being free at this Big-O location.

Very friendly and professional service. I came in wityh a low tire sensor. They found the problem immediately and got the tire I needed. I will definitely be back and have recommended others to this store.

I want to share my recent Groupon on 5/22 which was very disturbing. I called the store (prior to the purchase) to confirm that they accept Full Synthetic Oil Changes for 10-30w with the $46 groupon. They stated yes we do. This is the fine print: Valid only for option purchased. Valid only at Big O Tires of Pleasant Hill. Valid for up to 5 quarts of oil. Valid for standard filter; specialty or canister filters are extra. I drop my car off to the manager, hand over my keys to check the mileage etc. He comes back and hands me my invoice saying comeback in 90 mins (my car takes 6 qts of 10-30w Full Syn Oil, so I always pay for an additional can every Groupon, no worries). I walk out of the business and read the invoice and it says 5-30w oil, hmmmm. So I walk back in and ask the manager that just took the specs on my Charger, so one would assume if he looked it up the database, that the car REQUIRES Full Syn 10-30w Only. He tells me "they don't carry that blend in store, and will have to order from another to complete the job". That would have been beneficial to me in the beginning of the conversation or perhaps in the fine print above. Then he proceeds to tell me, "that it will cost $100 with the in store discount, yet he won't honor the vary Groupon that I purchase"�, per my conversation with Big O in Pleasant Hill. So which is more disturbing: the fact that their fine print is False Advertisement and unclear or the fact that had I not said anything to the Manager, he would have put 5-30w oil in my car? This is totally unprofessional, misleading and truly disturbing to think a small business owner would allow their managers to conduct business in this fashion. I would highly recommend you DO Not utilize their services. If they even post this.

Came in to have my snow tires mounted on my wheels to replace my summer tires. When I got home after the mounting I noticed the center cap (with the Subaru logo) was missing. I went back to store to ask about the cap and was told it wasn't there. I wasn't offered as much as an apology, when the store should have found a new cap for me. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I brought my car in on a Sun at noon. I expected the car to have been looked at by 9am on Mon. A new alternator was put in on Tues. your shop said the battery was fine and the starter was fine. My car still had trouble 2 days after a new alternator was installed. I brought my car back to your shop and waited 2hrs before my car was even looked at. I was told a new starter was needed. I brought my car out to shop in Brentwood. The mechanic there said that the starter was fine but the battery was weak. So, u guys said that the battery was fine and the starter was bad. So, I would have spent 550.00 on a new starter and still had problems. Never will I come back to your store.

1. After alignment done, no comment on tire condition or safety of tires. 2. Over charged on alignment ($89.99 ) though showed a advertisement of $74.99 from competitor with same level of service. 3. No smiles from 2 persons on service desk.

When I used to come into Big O a few years ago, it was for oil, tires, general service. I have not been back since the new owners left me with a sour feeling a few years ago. I went in with a tire that had a nail that was lodged at an angle. I called and was told that no appointment would be needed...just to come in. I waited over 1 1/2 before I was finally told that I had a nail puncture that could NOT be repaired and that I needed to buy a new tire with no explanation why other than "that's what has to happen when a nail goes in sideways." I said I needed to talk with my husband before making the purchase. He explained the "why" and agreed with your salesman. I stood in the lobby area over 20 minutes waiting for him to exit and proceed with the replacement tire job...I had to call him to get him to come out of behind the door to begin my job. I left just at closing. It took over 3 1/2 hours to get the solution I needed. Ignoring a customer and not providing a rationale when asked do not inspire return customers. If I need new tires I will make appointments.

My tire fell off less then two miles from seeing picking up the vehicle. They wont fix anything.

I spoke with James long distance to help me with having 4 new tires installed on my niece's car. James was so kind and professional. He recommended the tires best suited for my niece's car. James took the time to let me know other work that her vehicle needed. I felt an ease with knowing James took my niece's safety on the road seriously. James you are simply the best.
