Big O was able to handle my special request to transfer a tire from a damaged rim to a new rim. When they inspected the tire, they informed me it had a crack in it in a place that could not be repaired. They were able to put a new tire on the new rim. The wait time for the entire service was reasonable. Also, the associate at the front desk was able to explain that my car did not have a TPMS in the wheel, and that VW monitored tire pressure using the ABS system. I looked this up and verified that was the case.

Easy, painless experience ordering a new replacement tire - arrived the next day. Only took an hour to switch the flat with the new tire. Brian, owner, followed up via text a few days later to make sure the tire was good to go. I was really impressed with them. I'll definitely be back for any car repairs that they can handle.

at pleasanthill location, just stopped for a diagnosis and est of tire pressure light on. that part was handled so efficiently, i decided to double back and see if they could fit me in asap . a mr angel ayala was extremely professional and accomodating. 2 hrs and job was done. i was very impressed with the service. i highly recomend pleasanthill , big o !!!

Berner Vargas was our point of contact and he was amazing. I called in the morning and was able to get both cars in with same day service. He was extremely professional and personable. He explained things well and he also suggested additional things for us. The whole experience was fantastic. Usually I take our cars to Firestone, but we will not be doing that in the future. This store was much better run, and had excellent service.

I had a blow-out on the highway (680) and managed to pull off the road. Luckily, Big O was nearby and I was able to limp in even with the blown tire. The person that I dealt with was very helpful, and they got me back on the road in about an hour (even though I didn't have an appointment etc...). They replaced a second tire that was looking close to worn out and I made it to my destination several hours away. Very grateful that they were there and willing to help me in that situation.
