Big O Tires

I could not be more pleased with the service that I receive whenever I go to this location. The fellows at the desk archer prefix always helpful and courteous. My tire experiences have been so good that I have decided to do all my repair work that I can have done there

I dropped in on a Saturday, at noon, expecting to have to wait just to be taken in. My expectations were exceeded. You waited on me almost immediately, and took care of my problem efficiently.

Tire had a nail in it. We were leaving town on vacation. Had the tire repaired in an hour

I had a deadline of noon the next day to have my car back as I had an event to attend in another town. The tires had to be ordered and then the next morning it was discovered that a repair couldn’t be done so we needed two more. The tech made a special trip to the warehouse to get the extra two tires and I had the car back just before 2pm. It was after the deadline but within my window and my car was a dream to drive on my trip.

Brian and his Team are always fantastic! They go above and beyond and their professionalism and quality of work is as good as it gets. I would recommend this shop to everyone...and have!

Great Service: They were really wonderful over the phone when I called to ask for prices. I am thankful they were knowledgeable and very polite.

Scheduling was easy! They had my tires available with a couple day turnaround. Check-in was quick and my car was ready within 3 hours or so. We will definitely come to this location for future tire needs.

I had to watch my three-year-old grandson suddenly. I was really worried about him at the oil change appointment. They had a lot of toys and my grandson was entertained the entire time. What a relief!
