Big O Tires

I brought my van in because of a flat tire. I'm always so impressed with the friendliness of the office staff. The warranty on my tire allowed me to receive a new tire free and simply pay for the service work. I appreciated that I got my new tire put on in a timely manner.

I called for an appointment and received a text message confirming my time for drop off. I left my vehicle with an understanding of what work was to be performed. Everything was done prior to my return.

Needed immediate help with a tire and they got me in and out in no time Great job!

My car was towed into the shop. The needed parts were ordered right away and my car was fixed earlier than I expected. I was due for an oil change and they suggested a new air filter. I had that done at the same time as the repair. They checked the tires. Two needed to be replaced. Now the car runs great.

I went to Richmond Big O and received a alternator replacement in 11/2019 & my car was damaged during repairs. They fixed the alternator and the damage that was caused however I needed a new alternator 4/2019 and had to pay $500 which I didn't have to spare and feel I shouldn't have had to being that the life of an alternator is 5 to 10 years. I was satisfied with the treatment at Pleasant Hill.

I came in needing to replace my car tires. Brian was very knowledgable and able to answer all my questions. They were able to fit me right away...so in less than 2 hours I had new tires and an alignment! Great service. Thank you.

I have been a Big O customer since 1974 in Pleasant Hill, Ca. I have bought Big O Tires over 30yrs or more. I have gotten great mileage with them and recently I had a flat tire caused by a nail. Upon being inspected, they had to replace the tire with a brand new one. The nail was too close to the side wall to be repaired. I just paid for installation and tax, for about $27 something. That is the reason I always go back, is the warranty on their brand of tires. I also get free tire rotation and balance. Try that with Firestone or Sears. In and out in about one hour due to customers ahead of me.

Attendant called to inform us of problem regarding radiator coolant. He explains potential causes and had quick call once problem found in less than one hour. Price cost was clear, didn’t expect a to have this expense but safety impact priority.
