I noticed that one of my car tires seemed to have a slow air leak. Took it over to BigO and told them about it. I left the car with them. A short while later, I received a phone call that my car was ready. Yes, I did have a leak and they showed me the culprit. A small nail. All fixed and I was on my way. Pleasant Hill BigO is the place to go. I bring all my vehicles to them and have never been disappointed. Little problem or larger problem, they will take very good care of your vehicle.

The tire rotation service was completed in a timely fashion and the staff were very professional and helpful.

The only recommendation would be to have a sign-up option on line when scheduling an appointment. The email and then wait for a response I think can be improved.

Discovered a screw in my tire, coincidently 2 blocks from one of their stores. Had just walked my dogs into the groomers. They quickly assessed my warranty, fixed my tire and I was back to groomers before my dogs were ready. They were quick, nice and friendly. Thank you!

Fantastic service. All of the associates were friendly, and clearly explained the problem with my tires and my options. I received multiple calls updating me throughout the process, and all of the associates I spoke with were friendly and knowledgable. I will come back to this location for any tire issues I have in the future.

I am very happy with the service o reciever at big o. Brian and angel are very courteous and knowledgeable of there craft. I did spend a lot of time there, but I was told it would take all day to get my Audi serviced, as I had no appointment. During this time I got some quotes on tires for my GTI, which are very competitive. I will come back soon for those.

Talked with Angel and he took in my car (2003 Ford Focus) and checked out the insides of the a/c. I had had some bumps which may have given the a/c a relocation. So, he made out an estimate of what it would require for me to fix it in the future, but also realigned things under the hood and when I got in the car, suddenly the air was cool. I am so happy.

This store is clearly awesome, highly professional especially James. From the first phone call from my offices Scottsdale, Az., to his store in CA., my daughter, living in CA. was treated with the highest respect. James and his crew clearly fix the car, not just tires a complete detail service of all operating parts, in a professional way. Pep Boys down road lied to my daughter and myself, almost to the point of me a flying up and taking my daughter's out of that shop, Stevey is clearly a JOKE! There are still Christian people that work within the tire and auto repair, today. Big O Tires is the only place. John
