The order was taken by Victor on Tuesday at closing. Wednesday morning I received a message that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived at Big O Wednesday afternoon, I was nicely greeted by Chris. He reviewed that status sheet on the various items re my vehicle and answered my questions. He also explained why my charge was greater than the coupon I had submitted. We concluded the transaction and with a handshake, I was out on the road again. Great Service. Chris is definitely an asset to the service and the customer relations of Big O.
