I was going to change the oil, and at once they did the tire rotation that was necessary, and they did a general check if everything was in order, Victor was the one who attended to me, excellent service, he established a time and at that time the car was already and he give me very good price !!!

Although an hour after I picked up my car I had an emergency light pop up, they were quick to find the problem and fix it. They've always been great, and I've been bringing my car here for a couple of years (I have an old car, not without its problems). If these guys were doctors I would trust them with my life.

This is my second time visiting your store. Service was great and customer rep was very friendly and professional. One small issue - I presented a $100 gift certificate Groupon code, but was only redeemed as $50. Will you issue a credit which I can use next time?

Big O priced aligned the new tires with a competitor. They also provided me with the rebate.. Great service.

Our battery died at 4:00 on December 23rd. Big O was open until 6, had one battery left that worked for our car and held it aside until we could get there. Thank you Big O for the quick response, the later hours and getting us in and out quickly (in time to do more Christmas shopping!)

Repairs on a car are not inexpensive-especially when you need to replace all 4 tires for the season. I'm a Costco member as well so I did a bit of shopping around. I've always gone through Costco because their brand name is reliable, but the tire center always seems a bit forgettable when it comes to their service because 1. you have to go out of your way to schedule an appointment 2. It's a big company so you don't get greeted by the mechanics themselves-everything is done through the person at the front desk and 3. Costco is always busy so bringing your car to their locations is always a hassle. At the Danville Big O location, I can pull in, ask a quick question or even bother the mechanics for some air in my tires-which I did countless times these past two weeks while planning to get new tires (I drove over 2 nails in my rear tire but the tread was so low that the recommendation was to get all new tires). Everyone at this Big O location was extremely helpful and even helped compare the services and benefits between them and Costco. I never feel like I'm over charged or treated as if I don't know anything about cars.

For year's this store has always provided the highest care for me & my families auto care needs. Last year I made a mistake & went elsewhere the tires didn't even last a year. I called in a emergency situation & was taken care of and back on the road within a couple hour's. The all around best deal around in every way. I will remain faithful to this location Big O in Danville from now on.
