Angelo and his team did the right thing to resolve my five month long warranty issue with their third-party warranty service in Colorado. I was getting nowhere with the warranty department and Angelo's team stepped up and reimbursed me as I felt that I should've been.

The Danville Big O Tires deserves much praise. From Rick answering phone calls in the early morning meanwhile trying to assist a long line of customers, he managed to still provide insight. Wayne, shout out, has been nothing but consistent, thorough, and honest! Thank you for that! The best for last, Chris - the manager, has been accommodating after listening and assessing my current car troubles. I really do appreciate this and will continue to send folks your way; myself included! I did stumble upon a YELP review on 8/14/23 that I'd like to debunk. This shop does not have biases against women. I have observed Wayne and other technicians greet each customer to assess who was first, and acknowledged each patron. So, that YELP review is FALSE. Victor was great to work with, my front end was way out of alignment and I did not realize that my last alignment was within 6 months. Vic did some research and let me know that all the repairs would be covered by the warranty. Super great to deal with and his honesty is greatly appreciated.
