Big O Tires

I arrived about 30 minutes before the store opened. I had a flat tire earlier that morning while driving on the freeway. The gentleman who was in the office not only wrote up the work order before store hours, but also had the repair finished within 30 minutes. It was fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant and speedy response. It's that type of service that keeps me coming back. Thank you~ Sandra

While I did not have time to take care of an ignition problem, I told Mike, I will return the middle of the month to have Big O take care of the matter.
