Big O Tires

I had bought tires in November and used to go to another tire store, every time even within a year they would tell me I would need all new tires. When I went in Eddie told me I had a nail in my tire and they could fix it under warranty. I was so happy, his professionalism and customer service was great. I will definitely come back for all my tire needs

Ease of scheduling an appointment, knowledge of staff, good pricing, good attitude of staff, and rapid service (minimal wait time).

Came in for an oil change and tail light out. They called me yo key be know my rear brakes were needing replacement. They were able to go it right then do that I didn't have to bring it back in another day. Love the efficiency. Will be back in the future.

Online schedule appointment is easy. Reasonable waiting time. Price is reasonable. No hard sell the other services.

Kudos in particular to Ted for the last visit for taking care of a relatively complicated repair well within the estimate. I have nothing but good things to say about the friendliness of all of the people who work at Big O in Danville.

I dropped my car off at 8 am at the Danville Big O because the tire sensor came on in my car.They asked if I needed a ride home but instead I grabbed a Peet's coffee from their machine and walked down the street to meet someone for a quick breakfast meeting.While at breakfast, I received a call stating that they found a screw in my tire, they repaired it and it was ready to be picked up for no charge!They added that they did not need to rotate the tires since it had just been done a few months before.Thank you Big O!!

I had been having trouble with my tires and the local dealership that I had been getting my car serviced had been ripping me off. I brought it into Big o Tires and they had been very helpful and transparent with costs and any estimates involving my vehicle. I ended up having to bring in my car again but my warranty covered any additional costs. Big o Tires' Linda Mesa Ave has a great staff working there. I really appreciate their knowledge and patience when helping their customers.

Nice crew

I went in for an oil change and for them to check an engine light on the dash. My bill was $222. Why? $150 to diagnose ?? I can do that for free at autozone. The parts for my oil change cost $28… and Labor was $168, please help me understand what I payed $168 for your mechanics to do???! I think a reasonable amount for labor kn an oil change is around $30

I take my Jetta to Big O for tires and servicing. I always get great service from start to finish. They let me know what to watch for upcoming services that may be needed.

Competent staff and said would give me Groupon price next time without the coupon.
