Big O Tires

I took my Acura MDX here on Saturday at 10 a.m. for an oil change and tire rotation. They found some other issues that needed to be fixed, which were not cheap, but I trusted them with their advice and had the additional services done. It wasn't cheap, but at least I got it done and know my car is well-cared for and running smoothly.

Victor checked me in and did a great job explaining the services and options. I may need an alignment and the price was clearly stated but wouldn’t be charged unless it was necessary. I felt very comfortable with that. He also explained the wear on my tires clearly so I can plan for replacement at the next oil change depending on mileage.

Chris who helped me was very understanding about my brand selection when it came to tires. As I wanted Perelli tires and he price matched what tire rack was offering.
