Big O Tires

I have used Big O twice in the past few months.The first experience was focused on selecting the right tires for my BMW X5.They provided an option that I had not previously considered.As it has turned out, the Nitto Motivo's clearly outperform my OEM Pirelli's while being hundreds less!Too early to comment on durability.Additionally, most recently they did a great job getting our BMW 335i back into alignment and re-balanced the tires to lengthen tire life.

Always happy with my experience at Big O Tires in Danville.

I've been taking my car to Big O Tires in Danville for several years now because they are honest, courteous, and very helpful. I will continue to take my car in to be serviced and have recommended BOT to many of my friends and family.

I was a little early for me appointment and they took me right away. They explained everything to me and helped me get the best priece they could give me. It did not take too long and they pointed out an issue I should have looked at and I will probably just have Big O take care of it when I have time. My family has been going to the Danville location for years and they have been great. The one time i went to the Big O in San Ramon it was a disaster. I will never goto San Ramon again and I woulld tell others not to go there.

I'm afraid my review is a little boring. Great service, all the time. Seriously, I have been coming to the Danville location for years, and it's always been great. Recently, had a break system emergency. Came in Friday, mid morning, where the store was already slammed with business, but Ryan still managed to fit me in and get me on my way by mid afternoon! Awesome and thank you!

Quick service, friendly workers, straight forward info..No price/options discussed, but I assume they just matched the two front tires that I purchased there a few months ago..

Fixed a flat on the fly for me and got me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Replacement tire ordered and swapped out the next day. That's what I call customer service.

This location is is ready for my car when I arrive and they accept my Groupon discounts.

Service was quick and professional. Estimate written as I expected and all price options clearly explained. Got a phone call when the job was done as was promised. When I arrived another service writer explained the alignment details on the print out.

Service was excellent Wait time was very long for an oil change 2 and a half hours

You repaired a tire that had an incorrectly repaired puncture. First day back from New Years, and you were very busy. Nonetheless you completed the repair.

Although, I had done much research on replacement tires for my BWW X5, the staff at Big O pointed me to a superior tire that better fits my performance expectations while saving me a $300 based on what I originally intended to purchase. It's a pleasure dealing with pros who are car enthusiasts and truely know their stuff!
