Big O Tires

I have used Big O twice in the past few months.The first experience was focused on selecting the right tires for my BMW X5.They provided an option that I had not previously considered.As it has turned out, the Nitto Motivo's clearly outperform my OEM Pirelli's while being hundreds less!Too early to comment on durability.Additionally, most recently they did a great job getting our BMW 335i back into alignment and re-balanced the tires to lengthen tire life.

tires ordered and appointment made easily. Added alignment as necessary. Dropped off and notified when done. Smooth transaction. reasonable prices.

I've been taking my car to Big O Tires in Danville for several years now because they are honest, courteous, and very helpful. I will continue to take my car in to be serviced and have recommended BOT to many of my friends and family.

I had been having trouble with my tires and the local dealership that I had been getting my car serviced had been ripping me off. I brought it into Big o Tires and they had been very helpful and transparent with costs and any estimates involving my vehicle. I ended up having to bring in my car again but my warranty covered any additional costs. Big o Tires' Linda Mesa Ave has a great staff working there. I really appreciate their knowledge and patience when helping their customers.

I'm afraid my review is a little boring. Great service, all the time. Seriously, I have been coming to the Danville location for years, and it's always been great. Recently, had a break system emergency. Came in Friday, mid morning, where the store was already slammed with business, but Ryan still managed to fit me in and get me on my way by mid afternoon! Awesome and thank you!

The associate is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Communication very well!

Fixed a flat on the fly for me and got me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Replacement tire ordered and swapped out the next day. That's what I call customer service.

I went in for an oil change and for them to check an engine light on the dash. My bill was $222. Why? $150 to diagnose ?? I can do that for free at autozone. The parts for my oil change cost $28… and Labor was $168, please help me understand what I payed $168 for your mechanics to do???! I think a reasonable amount for labor kn an oil change is around $30

Although, I had done much research on replacement tires for my BWW X5, the staff at Big O pointed me to a superior tire that better fits my performance expectations while saving me a $300 based on what I originally intended to purchase. It's a pleasure dealing with pros who are car enthusiasts and truely know their stuff!

I didn't have an appointment and they were already very busy. I came a little over and hour before they closed. They replaced all 4 of my tires in the same visit. I was pleasantly surprised.
