Honest appraisal of my vehicles condition and need for repair

Big O Tires of Danville is awesome!! Angelo, Eddy and Justin are great customer service reps and very honest guys, and they are one of the main reasons why I take my car there, its very hard to find honest guys like this in the mechanic industry. They tell u the truth about what your car needs and the prices are very reasonable. I am always very satisfied when I go there. I highly recommend u give those 3 guys a raise, they deserve it!!!!!!!!

Prompt attention & evaluation of my problem. Car immediately taken for tire repair. Repair was done & I was on my way....maybe a total of 30-40 mi utes.

Ted was professional and friendly as always. He is realistic about how long is needed to take care of my vehicle and there are never any surprises with the price. In all the years Big 0 has been servicing our cars, we have never had to bring one back in due to poor service quality.

I started out at the other BigO in San Ramon. After waiting for my car for 2 hours they notified me they didn’t have all four tires I needed. After another 29 minutes I got my car back. Then I dropped in at the Danville store and they took care of me immediately and completely.

I have an older vehicle and parts are not readily available. Big O went out of their way to source the necessary parts in a timely fashion and made the repairs. I couldn't ask for anything more. Service was friendly and pricing was fair. They have earned my business.

They did everything timely and professionally

I had my tire pressure light on and had been told that it was probably due to a defective sensor.They ordered the sensor for me and when I took it back to get the service done, they verified my tires were ok and they were able to get the sensor light to turn off.They were very honest and said the new sensor was not needed.I was very impressed with their honesty.I have been going to this Big O Tires for years and will continue to do so!

I was a little early for me appointment and they took me right away. They explained everything to me and helped me get the best priece they could give me. It did not take too long and they pointed out an issue I should have looked at and I will probably just have Big O take care of it when I have time. My family has been going to the Danville location for years and they have been great. The one time i went to the Big O in San Ramon it was a disaster. I will never goto San Ramon again and I woulld tell others not to go there.
