Big O Tires

Excellent customer service - friendly and most willing to help. Somehow I got a nail in the sidewall in one of my tires. Being it is a new car with less than 4,500 miles, I wanted the exact same tire to replace the damaged one. Eddie found it and my replaced my damaged tire in one day.

Wayne made the difference. HE was professional, down to earth and explained the entire process. When almost finished, he called me to et me know the car would be ready in 10 minute. It was. He is a huge reason I'll go back for next visit.

Great service. Good follow-up and communication. Work was done well. Dealing with Tesla is a painful experience and Eddie did a great job getting the parts we needed from them. Gave me back my car while we waited for the long lead time items so I wasn't left without it unnecessarily.

I really like this store. The guys are friendly and very efficient. They take care of all the calls to verify the fleet car info even when I don't have the card. They get the work done quick and they follow up.

Justin, our service rep, was outstanding! I brought in my car for a service (instead of going to the dealer), knowing it needed 2 tires also - but I didn't tell anyone about that! Justin called with a quote, explained everything, and even used coupons I wasn't aware of... totally satisfied!

Great news that Angelo is back! He provides excellent service along with his team of technicians. It's great to take your car there for oil changes...they document the mileage so you stay on track keeping your car running great. They identify other issues happening with your car and give you the option to repair them or not. They honor coupons from Safeway and others. You can schedule an appointment for your oil change and tire rotation. There is a great coffee shop right around the corner...very convenient! If you require work to be done there, they will give you a ride home if you need it!

My girlfriend and I decided to take a road trip from Colorado to Danville and I knew that my tire rotation and oil change would have to be done before the trip back, Angelo met with me and quickly got the services done with no trouble at all, he even honored the Big O coupon I had from Colorado! I happened to mention that I would need my 150k milage maintenance done when I got back to Colorado at a Toyota dealership which was a steep price ($1050) and Angelo quoted me a considerably lower price for the same quality maintenance, only $640! I was so happy to get a lower price, and have the work done efficiently and quickly, ready the same day! I woukd highly recommend the staff at Big O, Angelo really went the extra mile for me and offered me fair and honest services, if I'm ever in California again, I know where to go!

I called to see if I could drop my car off the next day for a brake and rotor replacement. Don told me that I could go ahead and drop it off that night and that they would have it done by the time I got off work the next day. It was done a few hours before I got off work.
