Wayne set my pickup time and it was completed at the time he set. Text message was helpful. Wayne also called to tell me about a lug nut issue. That was appreciated.

My low pressure light came on the day before a road trip. It was Saturday and the shop was busy. They took a look and saw a nail in my tire and took care of it at the end of the day. Quick service in my time of need. Very professional and friendly.

The only problem I had was the tire pressure on the front was what should have been on the rear and the pressure on the rear should have been on the front tires. And they worked me in the day I called.

I had a morning and it was fast service. I appreciate the friendliness of the store associates.

They offer free tire repairs if you purchase tires from Bog O. I took the car in for a low tire. They found the nail, repaired the hole, balanced, and told me it was ready in less than an hour. No charge! And they did not try to up-sell me something. Just fast, friendly service - same as always. Thanks guys.

I have my alignment done today. I totally love the experience. We were greeted by friendly staffs without being pressure to make unplanned purchases. Technicians were very efficient in getting cars done. At the end, they (Brian) even explainedwhy and what caused the damage on my tires. Excellent service. We will definitely return for future need.

The facility has an area where people can work while they wait for their vehicle to be serviced. They also have free WiFi. This facility always has Groupon specials. I would suggest all staff be trained to not curse while a customer is in the waiting area. That was the only suggestion I have as that was unprofessional.

Ted was very efficient, eager to address my concerns and be assured that I was satisfied. I always receive excellent service and am pleased with the job done at this Big O Tires store. Ted is an asset to your company and should be told how well he is performing his job. Ted always takes the time to return a call or takes it upon himself to call the customer to discuss the progress of the service being performed.

i went in for an oil change with a 29 dollar coupon and left with a 73 dollar oil change no one said i was getting a premium oil change for a 2011 ford edge or an explanation, guess i should have checked first. i was in and out in 30 minutes, didnt need a tire rotation, bought them there and already had it a couple of weeks ago. i doubt i will be going back for an oil change again, dealer charges about 43 dollars

Wayne made the difference. HE was professional, down to earth and explained the entire process. When almost finished, he called me to et me know the car would be ready in 10 minute. It was. He is a huge reason I'll go back for next visit.

Big O in Danville is a great place for getting your car serviced.I have used them for years - almost never take my car back to the dealer, as Big O can perform all recommended maintenance, and for at least 40% less.

Gentleman by name Ryan was the most helpful and pleasant and I shall be back with more service needs. Service was very good and in times when ,service does not exists anymore it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you.Peter Kalvoda
