Big O Tires

After head lamp change, I had scheduled with the dealership. Once I got the service estimate, I walked right back out. Discouraged, my wife reminded me to call Big-O. Justin at the Danville store got me right in, service and parts were reasonable, and I was out within an thirty minutes! Made my day!

This staff goes above and beyond any expectations. Friendly, courteous, professional and they take the time to explain a well as listen. Each time I've gone here I'm impressed never fails. Thank you to Benny and crew you rock!!!!!!! Cindy

The folks here have always been helpful...went in one day with a nail through the side of my tire...they pulled it out and lucky for me, it wasn't punctured and didn't charge me anything. I have purchased sets of tires there and they have always worked with me on price. Started having my oil changed there as well since the have been so gread

Easily made an appointment online. Dropped the car off the night before. Received a text and phone call when the work was completed. Friendly helpful staff.

I'm a regular at Big O and have always experienced first class service. It's convenient and the people are great. My only complaint is that the parking lot is packed all the time and so often even quick service takes a bit longer than I'd like. But otherwise I'll continue to be a regular.

The customer service representative is very professional, the only concern for me that the tech. Guy didn't do tire rotation although the tires still on good shape not as described by technician, but overall I am satisfied with the services

They check my battery that was replaced less than a year ago. They promptly gave us a new battery and I was out in 15min. I appreciate that they stood by their work.

I called to see if I could drop my car off the next day for a brake and rotor replacement. Don told me that I could go ahead and drop it off that night and that they would have it done by the time I got off work the next day. It was done a few hours before I got off work.

Brought my car in for an oil and brake fluid change as well as some other problems. Zake assisted me and was wonderful .. professional and timely communication with me as what needed to be done and parts that needed to be ordered. I was surprised how quickly the repairs were completed. I will be coming back.

My left rear tire blew out around 6:30 pm.After changing tire and heading home it was 7 pm. Store was closed but they welcomed me and ordered the replacement tires staying past closing.Most retailers would simply say we are closed. Next day tires arrive, replaced and front aligned in about 2 hours. Highly recommend this tire store and shop.

Made an appointment for 11am, assumed we'd have lunch and come back, then they told us it would take all day for the 80 minute job, then revised to 3 hours per manager, then had it done in 2 hours. No big deal, they should have just explained that it's taking twice as long as usual before we showed up. The manager was kind enough to read the posters on the wall that said they are low in staff and it's taking longer for everything given covid. He was a wonderful reader. I would have read it myself, but I chose to not see the poster, and to be fair, the manager is an excellent reader. A little annoying, to be sure, but I can't fault them for doing their best during a pandemic where some people choose to stay home and collect government checks rather than work their job. All in all, big o tires is always a good deal and they are usually very efficient and friendly.
