I called Big Tire on the phone and Ted answered all questions and told me to bring my car in. I was greeted by Ted and he followed up thoroughly. After diagnostic, he took time to explain in detail. Thank you for your patience and helping me. I greatly appreciate your thoroughness.

Great customer service, great advice on tire selection. Same day procurement and install of tires, even one that was hard to find and needed to be retrieved from a warehouse. Stayed after 6 PM close to make sure everything was perfect.

I had a tire blow out on the freeway which was very scary and was towed to your location. Sergio helped me and was awesome! He was so nice and helpful as I was very rattled when I arrived. I needed a battery quickly. Called ahead. They said to come down. When I arrived, they squeezed me in and took care of my car in 20 minutes. Such great service for a busy mom!!!

Bought a set of tires a year ago. One was punctured by a bolt picked up on the road. They patched it for free since I bought the tires there. Unfortunately the puncture was too severe so ordered a new tire to replace it. I had the new tire on the car w/in an hour or so of it arriving at the shop. Always pleasant and courteous staff there. It's not cheap anymore to get tires but at least they make up for it with great service during and post sale.

I scheduled an appointment for new tires for my Jeep. The specific tires I picked out online were not in stock but I ended up going with another brand that was in stock. Benny got me set up and a couple hours later, my Jeep had some new shoes. We also got the 90 day financing set up which was nice. I could tell they have been busy but regardless, they still provided great customer service. Consider me a satisfied customer who will return with any tire needs in the future.

I've been using Big O tires for 10 years and couldn't be happier. Every time I go, Angelo remembers me by name and knows my cars. I always feel like I get special attention and they work hard to get me in and out as quickly as possible. This visit was a flat repair. Big O Danville and Angelo rock!

My friend and I call Danville Big O our rescuer! Every time either one of us is there, it's because we've had a tire issue. They come out, calm us down, say "we can fix that!"� Then they fix it! They're really nice men!
