Great Job however information about the year and model of car and current miles entered into the order was totally wrong.

Once I realized that I had a tire losing air, I sent an email to the Big O location after 7 pm. The manager, Mike, responded that evening and booked my appointment for the next morning. He explained that he may not be able to replace the exact tire but had a suitable substitute. When I got to the Big O location, the associate explained the problem and their plan to fix it. They executed exactly as I was told

I called to make an oil change appointment and was told I was welcome to come now. That was terrific news! I was at the facility in 20 minutes and told it would be about 90 minutes for the oil change, but received a call in 60 minutes that it was ready for pick up. It was chilly outside so I was very happy it was done so quickly.
