I needed to get new tires and he broke down 3 different quotes for me, never trying to pressure me into anything. The original tires on your website were unavailable, threatening the appointment I had set up. Mike went out of his way to find similar tires and had them delivered to the shop in time to complete the job. He also gave me a break as the secondary tires were more expensive.
