Big O Tires

I brought my Lexus 350 ES in for an Oil Change and to rotate tires.The Lock set key was missing from the last time the tires were rotated and so the oil was changed but the store had to order a new Lock Set from Lexus.They did this at their cost and then rotated the tires the next day.Very nice, very responsive, just not very convenient!!

I have been using this Big O for years for all my car service needs, and have always been very pleased. They really take care of you.

The person that checked me in at 8 am was perfect for the am shift. he was a delight to work with and checked me in and out for very prompted service.

Customer service is always top notch. Unfortunately I had to return within a few days for realignment. I will continue to visit this location for my car needs.

I need it a wheel alignment and came to your store. It was all good very nice service but I have been told it will cost $149 because of I replaced struts, control arms etc and it will take more time. Sound was reasonable and I said okay. However It took literally 15 min end to end. Sales rep said it was't that bad and they finished quikly and I will be charged $100. But what I noticed tech didn't perform a road test and see how the alignment is holding up. At the end car better than before but still pulling left and I need to come back again. This is why I gave 4 star.

Great customer service: I brought a truck in with a battery issue and they diagnosed the problem and resolved it in less than 30 minutes on a busy Saturday.

We have been going to this Big-O in Danville for a couple of years. Recently, it seems that the time for finishing a simple Lube, Oil and Filter that is dropped off on a Saturday morning has extended from being done by about 1 pm to now so late I worry whether it will be done before the store closes at 6 pm. (This last Saturday it was NOT; I had to leave the car overnight.) The office seems less responsive to calls about when the car will be ready -- their standard answer is 20 to 45 minutes from whatever time you call them to ask without any basis in reality. Give me a real estimate, the first time, without making me come early before it really is ready and then making me wait.

We having been customers for about 15 yrs. Eddie went "above and beyond"� as usual! His knowledge, timeliness and customer service skills are excellent! So glad he is back.

Your representative "Mike" has always been courteous and responsive to the needs of my car's continued maintenance. New tires, and an overhaul of the AC system. The car is a 17 years old BMW x5.

I have not had the pleasure of getting service from the others but those 3 guys are the best and they take great care of my family of vehicles.

First impression no one said "hi well be right with u soon" until about 8min laterI was asked if I was helped. I had an appointment and even then it took a while for the process to be done...once I was helped though they were very friendly..I would recommend this place just plan on waiting a while or be able to drop off ur car that day.

I received excellent and friendly service on Saturday as a walk in. My problem had been fixed quickly and professionally. I could not have asked for a better treatment.

We were told it would take about 1 hour to repair a leak in our tire. We returned in 1.5 hours, and they hadn't even looked at the tire. The service rep apologized, and said his shop guys had two unexpected jobs. The rep took care of our repair himself , and didn't charge us!

Fast service: Thank you for taking care of removing the bolt from my tire. Everyone was sympathetic and professional. Helped to have a local business caring for its customers.

Big O Danville has been servicing our cars for the last few years. The staff is always courteous and friendly. They figure out the problem and generally have the car completed that same day. Its about as convenient as it gets for me so I will keep going.

Justin and crew have been taking care of all of my family cars for the past 10 years. Always makes me feel confident that the job is done correctly.

The mechanic and the advisor that assisted me were very professional and knowledgeable. The problem occurred when it was time to check out. The wait too long a women walked in after I'd been told my vehicle was ready and they were waited on got there car paid and left. I questioned why I was still waiting that I got frustration.

They brought the car in right away. Found the leak and repaired it. Jason said it was free because I purchase the tire at big o. I'm a happy camper
