Big O Tires

I needed to do my own tire research for what I wanted for my Pilot, after asking for assistance and getting recommended highway tires. I get it that maybe notmany ask you guys for an A/T tire for their mid size SUV. The staff only seemed to know the A/T choices for me very cursorily. Otherwise, they were good with me.

I have been going to this location for many years. I appreciate the friendly staff and the willingness to work with me to find the right product at the right price.

Had a nail in my tire. They patched it up and I was good to go. Super friendly guys. It's helpful if you make a reservation because these guys get busy.

They stripped my lug nut and now I have to go back to get t fixed.

I had purchased tires for my girlfriend over the phone and that went fine. however, they were supposed to contact me with the invoice once the tires were installed and the job was done but I not heard from them. I told them not to give the invoice to her but they did. She asked to have an oil change when she arrived but they didn't do it.

Danville Big O always does a great job. I bring all of my cars there. The employees are helpful and the cost is reasonable.

I've had both good and bad experiences here. Specifically, my receipt said my alignment had been checked - when, in fact, it had not and was badly in need of adjustment. 5,000 miles later, with noticeable damage to my tires, I discovered this. :-( I still shop here but it's primarily because it's unbelievably convenient to where I live and work and because they carry Michelin. I feel like I have to be kind of vigilant about my best interests...which I wish wasn't the case.

The guys got me in quickly and kept me current on what was happening. Appreciated the text and call when the job was over.

I answered another survey yesterday but will repeat it here: We've been happy customers at your shop in Danville for many years across a number of cars. However, this time was pretty poor. We brought the car in Sat. AM but the tire we needed was not available. They told us it would come in Monday AM and they'd have it changed in the AM. Turns out it didn't come until Monday afternoon and the car wasn't ready until 6:30PM! When we picked it up, 1) the windows were wide open and the car interior was COMPLETELY covered in dust, and 2) the trunk was a mess and all taken apart (I know they have to get to the spare but they left it looking like a hurricane hit it). Overall very surprised at how badly the ball was dropped this time.

I came in the warranty period as the problem came again 4 months later after wheel alignment. The technician identified it and fixed it correctly
